We were able to find a parking lot near an entrance to our room. The employees that made breakfast were very friendly and respectful,they kept making sure everything was refilled and working.

My husband went inside to get us checked in and keys for our room when one of the three front desk employees was very rude and disrespectful and behaved liked her time was being wasted and didn’t want to be there. My husband has been driving over 12 hours ,the last thing he needs is feeling unwelcome for something we paid and he deserved. Also,the hotel promotes that is a non smoking area but right by the side door , there is a dish plate full with burned cigarettes and as soon as you opened the side door it smells like cigarettes. Also when my husband tried checking out at 7:30 there was no receptionist to be found.

On our motorcycle trip from Richmond VA to the Grand Canyon and back, we've stayed in almost a dozen hotels, so far. We usually like to stay in the smaller, independent hotels, but tonight, we are in the Best Western in Wichita, KS! Great choice! Check in was a breeze. The nice lady at the desk was helpful with suggestions of places to eat. Our room was very spacious and bright. The bathroom was clean and the shower pressure was good. The free Continental Breakfast in the morning was one of the best we've been served on a trip with a huge selection of pastries, waffles eggs, sausage, oatmeal, toast muffins and juices. We were able to fill our belly before a long day on the road. The only complaint, and nothing really to do with the hotel, was, unbeknownst to us, we had an adjoining room filled with a handful of female partiers. Several shrieks, loud talking and laughing prompted me to turn on Spotify to my noise blocker podcast saved, just for this occasion. Slept through the night, all was good.

This is the hotel I stay at when I travel to pick up and drop off my grandson, they are always helpful, kind, and the rooms have been clean. The price is reasonable.

The only concern I have is with the van that I am picked up and dropped off in. I am excited they have a new van but the driver door will not latch. It is not safe and needs to be taken care of ASAP. One driver had to hold the door and drive, that is not acceptable. Not fair to them and could cause an accident. The old van was not as nice to look at or as modern but all the doors worked. Everything else there worked perfectly and I will stay there in the future.

The breakfast was great! Although they didn't serve oatmeal, which was listed as a breakfast item on the website. The bed was very comfortable.

The toilet in the room didn't refill to flush. We booked through Booking.com and our confirmation showed a king bed. The room we were sent to had 2 queen beds. The lady at the front said she couldn't change the reservation. When we went back to tell her that the toilet wasn't working, she moved us to another room - still with 2 queen beds instead of a king bed. It seemed like if the cost was the same and we were moved to a different room, why not put us in a room with a king bed? We showed her our copy of the reservation which said king bed.

The absolute BEST service I’ve had at a hotel, ever. The night staff was amazing. This hotel was affordable, clean, safe, and quiet! Such a comfortable stay, but the staff alone is the reason I’ll go back.

The ONLY complaint I can make is that one of the elevators was out of service, and the working one was very slow. However, I typically use the stairs anyway so this wasn’t a major issue during my stay.

We absolutely loved everything about this property! The front desk staff were some of the loveliest we have ever come across, they had free cookies upon checkin, gave us recommendations of places to go during our stay and were so welcoming. The room was one of the best we’ve stayed in and the complimentary breakfast was incredible! Would highly recommend staying here if you find yourselves in Wichita

The room was excellent and the staff was friendly and all smiles. Breakfast was vey good and the cleaning staff was quick to clean up any mess created by guest. When walking the halls always received a friendly greeting and smile.

Wish I had a longer stay to be able to use the gym. It looked well kept with some nice equipment. Really only thing that was a annoyance was the TV guide for the satellite. The time appeared to be set for west coast time zone.

The atmosphere here was amazing. Everyone was friendly and outgoing. When we had complaints they were more than willing to make it right. The rooms were just perfect. The hotel was in an amazing location for what we had planned.

That our original room was ant infested and couldn't sleep comfortably in there knowing there was ants. But other than that it was an amazing stay

Nice facility. It was nice & clean, updated. My quirk about hotels is always the bathroom & floors, both were clean & excellent shape. Good breakfast, too!

The parking lot isn't real large, and when the hotel is full, parking is to be desired. I could hear the highway traffic all night.

The room was cold, the employee who checked me in was so friendly and super accommodating. I told her we had a cargo trailer and asked about more parking in the back, she then changed our room to where it was overlooking the back parking lot.

The floor needed vacuuming in the halls and elevator lobbies.
