Clean, breakfast was good, easily accessible.

We stayed at a Country Inn and Suites in Topeka a few days prior and did not have to pay a fee to have our pet with us, it was unfortunate that we had to pay $25 at this one to have our animal with us. Also, I was told that I should have called to make sure there were enough pet rooms since I got the very last one, but no where on booking.com did it suggest this. I would have been peeved if I couldn't have stayed here. Probably wouldn't book at this location again for this reason.

Visited Wichita from Dallas for a family funeral. I always stay at Country Inn & Suites when I come to town. The staff is very helpful and considerate. The free breakfast is great. It's hot, they offer a variety of fruits, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, several different juices, coffee, you name it. If you go away hungry, it's on you. The bed was comfortable, and they had a Kureg coffee maker in the room. I locked myself out of my suitcase (I forgot the combination to the lock), and the gentleman at the front desk went to maintenance and found a screwdriver and a wrench. Thankfully, there was a guy in the lobby who knew what to do, and he whacked it a couple of times, and it popped open!

Honestly, there's really nothing that I disliked.

I did a lot of looking for the right hotel and waited until the last minute unfortunately. This came along and was everything that we were looking for and the price was on the dot!! I have stayed in a lot of hotels that I felt creepy in, this hotel was GREAT !! I slept well for once at a hotel!! The Breakfast was even better than what they described. We ate and were full until later that afternoon saving us money where we only paid for one meal that whole day! Thank you for a Great stay!!!

The only thing was the shower we had was a handicapped shower and the lip on the floor was not tall enough to keep water inside the shower and it ran on to the bathroom floor. But this I didn't mind I just cleaned up after myself like a normal person should do.

We had a friendly welcome and the staff was fully accomodating. They warned us that because of some staff shortages that the rooms would only be cleaned upon request. However, the staff still managed to bring us fresh towels everyday without asking. We loved the fresh cookies at reception everyday. One evening, they were out, the receptionist comped us oreos from the snack bar. Breakfast rotated a bit so that we had a bit of variety the few days we were there. Close to downtown Wichita and near many shopping areas for necessities.

Hopefully they will start using more sustainable materials at the breakfast bar instead of styrofoam and plastic. Some facilities are slowly due for a remodel but otherwise, still very comfortable rooms.

Great front desk staff, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very nice and nicely stocked. The cleaning crews are Amazing.

Final price. I booked the room with the understanding the price was with taxes. But when all was said and done the final price added $80 for a two day stay. When you say the price is one thing online stick to the price. Also they would not allow me to use my Military discount because I booked online.

Breakfast was excellent, much better than most. Everything was fresh and what was cooked was at the right degree. I liked the toaster because it was so fast. Not hardly any waiting at all.

We were very disappointed that there were no brochures at your hotel. We came from Kansas City, MO. to see the sites, we had never been to Wichita. Most of the hotels we go to have brochures showing what their city has to offer. Maybe you only cater to businesspeople. We had a terrible time finding our way around town. I found a list on the internet of the top 25 things to see but it didn't give the address of any of them. I asked people if they had a visitors' center or a chamber of commerce. No one knew.

The breakfast was great. Many good choices, hot and cold. Good seating arrangement and plenty of tables and chairs. The bedroom was clean and smelled fresh. Bed was very comfortable.

We stayed two nights. Both mornings the coffee urns were empty during our breakfast, Perhaps a bit more attention to that. I realize on extended stays housekeeping visits every third day. However, think it would be helpful to have housekeeping visit daily with at least a clean washcloth and a fresh bar of soap for the sink, coffee refills, those things that are used daily by room occupants. My husband had to find a housekeeper to resupply our room with the above mentioned items.

staff letting guests smoke right outside one of the side doors. I felt it was a little overwhelming with 3 or more guests standing outside smoking or vaping it made it difficult and congested trying to bring in our luggage we had children with us that have asthma. We understand that there are gusts that do smoke an that is there right to do so. we just wish there was somewhere else that they could do this instead of right in front of a side door.

The breakfast was very good! The lobby was very welcoming for an early morning of travel. They had it decorated for Christmas and the fireplace going (it was -32) so that was very warm and welcoming! The room was comfortable, it has its own thermostat.

There were a few minor cosmetic issue with the bathroom and the hotel room windows were thin (it was record cold low) so that definitely is not their fault! outdoor pool only.. would have enjoyed an indoor pool/hot tub.

Our room was very comfortable and had plenty of room for my mother's walker.

I had assumed that having a handicap accessible room meant that our shower be would be a walk in design as shown on your website. Mother had trouble lifting her legs over the edge of the tub. Perhaps clarify what to expect in a handicapped room for future guests so there won't be any surprises upon arrival? I know now to ask when traveling with her.
