Hilton Garden Inn Wichita

I visit Wichita a couple times a year to see family and friends and my wife and I usually get a hotel when we go. This was the nicest one we have stayed at yet. Their might be some in town that are nicer, but I would challenge anyone to find a nicer one for the price. The proximity to nice restaurants and shopping makes this a great location. A good block away from the busy streets, we had a quiet night to get sleep.

Wish breakfast was included, but for the price and how nice the hotel was, I understand that may be a little much to expect.

This was a great little get away weekend trip for me to see my daughter. I thought that breakfast was excellent as well as the staff.

It was a little bit of a confusing bill. But I would say that staying here was something I would do again. As long as I bring my updated card. Lol nice Employee's.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wichita. We had a late arrival, but the front desk was there to greet us and direct us to our room. The room itself was clean and well ordered when we arrived. We used a side entrance to enter and exit the hotel and access our vehicle in the parking lot. We felt very safe and the hotel was very covid conscious. We never encountered any of the housekeeping staff but they were nonetheless responsive to our request for another towel, pillow & blanket. The internet was easy to access and worked well.

Nothing comes to mind.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! The location was great and I felt very safe with my car outside.

Unfortunately due to Covid, the pool and hot tub were not available. The hotel restaurant was closed. There is absolutely no soundproofing, we heard door slamming and footsteps all night long

Super easy check in and the fella that checked us in was exceptional, very welcoming. The room is clean and comfortable. The view was fabulous from our lake view room. Would stay here again. In fact after driving all around Kansas the next day thinking we would stay in Salina. We chose to drive the hour to come back to Witchita and stay here. We even got the same roof and the same guy checked us in. I moved my rating from an 8 to a 10 because it really is a 10.

I can’t think of anything so I will just say there is only one elevator.

Staff was so Nice.

This Booking . Com said our room had it's own private Entrance. It did NOT! Our hotel staff said your site listed this wrong. None of the Garden Hiltons have do not have any rooms with a Private Entrance.

The property was in a great location, the beds and pillows were comfy, it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Several restaurants and a pleasant pond with a short walking path was nearby.

The only disappointment was that they listed a 3 mile radius shuttle, but there was no shuttle available.

Location was good! Enjoyed being able to walk around the pond and be close to shopping and dining selections.

The sweeper needed to be run under the window treatments. There was food left under the curtains from previous people that had stayed in the room and dust collection.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a short walk to a very popular strip mall and the walk was around a scenic pond. The breakfast was freshly made and tasted amazing.

Everything was clean and tidy and it was very quiet

Only thing that negative we have to say it that pool all though it was an indoor pool it was really cold. But we still had fun anyway!
