the staff was extremely polite, happy, they actually spoke to us. they did not subscribe to the “be seen not heard” that seems to be the rule for a lot of hotels, and this much appreciated. the breakfast was exceptional they had a pancake oven that brought out the kid in husband. and oatmeal (except on Sunday) the lobby area was very nice and family friendly and they had these cubby like reading nooks. a small store like area for sodas and snacks that you could charge to the room if need be. the rooms were a bit small but very nice. very good water pressure which is a big thing for me and a reason I will not repeat a stay at hotel if they have poor water pressure in the shower. no carpeting they had the nice hard wood vinyl type floors that are more popular and the floor was clean, I’m barefoot as soon as I walk in the door and I did not have dirty feet from the floors (this has happened before at other hotels so I pay attention)

the rooms or at least the king bed room we had was what I’d call a live out of your suitcase type of room. No dressers and what was basically a metal pipe on the wall for hanging clothesI no closet. I’m a bit of a nester and will unpack if staying more then a night. also the room had no microwave and while it did have fridge it was mini fridge big enough only for sodas. Of course the room wasn’t big enough for either a microwave or a small fridge, it was very compact would be the best word to describe it. all that being said we weren’t unhappy with our stay the rooms were very clean and bright

It was a very nice hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, it was nice there was extended hours on the breakfast. Most hotels don't offer that. The atmosphere was great. The rooms were nice, good size for the two of us. We love the games down in the main area for families to play. Love that the hotel provides the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers, that was amazing.

The floor in our room was a little sticky when we walked in, not sure if it was due to the cleaning chemicals or something else. The shower door in our bathroom didn't close all the way so we had to put a towel down to keep the floor dry. The breakfast was good except on Saturday, we got down there around 8am and there wasn't anything really filled. The beds probably shouldn't be sharing a wall because I got woke up two days in a row at 6am because the neighbors were being noisy and banging the bed against the wall. You can defiantly hear through the walls.

The vaulted ceiling’s, electric curtains, breakfast is ok, pancakes taste great, but I wish that there were more hot dishes other than oatmeal and pre made omelette’s. If a hotel could make biscuits and gravy and hash browns. I mean, I am waiting for a change, instead of the same breakfast every time I stay.

This place was immaculately clean. The reception area is a great place to hang, play pool, make phone calls or just chill. The design of the place is modern yet cozy. Our room was very comfortable as was the king size bed. Highly recommended stay.

Location was very convenient. Breakfast was sufficient. Atmosphere was nice. Great for families.

It was a very noisy hotel. The restaurant/bar behind the hotel plays music pretty late. We also had a lot of noisy neighbors within the hotel, upstairs and outside in the hallway.

It was clean and the MOD was friendly and apologetic for the wait to check in. The kids loved the pool table and game area

There was some strange tapping noise coming from the fire alarm at night. Also, it’s almost like there’s a problem with the pipes. They were banging often.

I liked the cleanliness. The room looked and smelled clean.

I didn't like how tiny the rooms are or the satellite TV. It stormed and we had nothing to do or watch. Also the pillows were very flat. We requested additional pillows before we arrived but never got them.

modern, clean, comfortable, I thought the pancake maker was cool, oranges were horrible and apples were good.

I wish the workout room was bigger, had biscuits and gravy on the breakfast menu. Oranges were horrible but apples were good.

The shower was great and I loved the shampoo and conditioner. The room was simple and clean.

Breakfast could be improved. The room had a slight smell, but it wasn’t bad… just different. Also the top comforter/bedspread was a little scratchy.

Very comfortable and affordable. Enjoyed patio and lobby lounge areas.

Room had dust bunnies around table legs, area around bed/bedside table was dirty. Deep cleaning would’ve made it a 10/10 stay.
