Location was fantastic. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Room was large and it looked like some of it was recently upgraded - carpet, etc... Close parking. Really close to great restaurants, shopping, event venues, etc...

I don't know if they are updating the facility but the lobby didn't look like the booking pictures at all and seemed slightly run down. Different colors, decor, etc... The rooms were a little run down. The drawers in our dresser didn't close properly and the caulking around the tub was old and cracked - looked hard to keep clean. The towel bar was coming off the wall on one side - looked like it wasn't even anchored into the wall. It would have been better if it had been a grab bar/towel bar. The mattresses sagged a little if two people were in the bed, but they weren't the worst I have encountered. However, for the price we paid, I would have expected a few more of the little things like this to have been taken care of.

Front desk staff that checked me in was rude. She gave me the room on the 1st floor right by the elevator, next to side entry from the parking lot and it is a handicap room. I have stayed here many times. I immediately refused the room. I said save it for the disabled or a person with a dog. She spoke not one word to me while she took my room key and changed my to room to a fourth floor room. No apology. Nothing. I expect more from Marriott staff.

It was very clean, and they were very accommodating. We had to bring our puppy and the location of the room was perfect for bringing her out right across the street to where they have an area for dogs, with disposal bags and trash. Had we not had to bring our puppy, we would’ve enjoyed being able to walk across the street and enjoy the old town market place.

No coffee available till 7 on the weekends and 6:30 weekdays. $15.00 per person for a hotel breakfast? Tried once taste like every hotel breakfast. went to Eggcetera block away $12.00 for a wonderful Benny

The check-in staff - I think his name was Devon (sorry if I got that wrong) - was GREAT. After a long drive, I just wanted to get to the room and he was very efficient, professional and friendly. The location is perfect - just off the interstate, close to lots of restaurants and bars. The room was large, with a very comfortable bed.

I know this is picky, but the towels were not of the usual plush Marriott quality. Also, the hairdryer quit working (and it was cracked - I was afraid to use it), so I had to spend the next hour or so with wet hair.

Location is excellent. I'll use them again.

The price I was charged was $30 higher than the price your app said. We did nothing that warranted an upcharge ::UPDATE:: The $30 in question was a temporary hold that is to be removed. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and candid.

Nice quite large rooms in a hotel right in the middle of Old Town. The waterfall feature and layout of the hotel made us feel like we were on a true vacation. Just a short walk to many dining establishments, and the farmers market. The hotel even had a nice gym with machines and some free weights along with a filtered water bottle fountain.

No complaints. Parking was easy as well as getting in and out of the hotel. Very relaxing stay. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was so clean, perfect room, and great value for the size of room. And it was the perfect location for our visit. Would definitely stay again!

Check in staff was very prompt... Very customer oriented Loved the steps taken to keep guest safe during pandemic. Loved the Air purifier in the rooms . Loved the quiet doors - no slamming. The snack area is amazing but a little low on the frozen dinner items. Understandable since there are so many great restaurants but for late arrivals this would be very appreciated!

Better if bathroom sink didn’t drain so slow...carpets could be vacuumed better.

Everything is very clean. It is in a great location in downtown Wichita where you can walk to shops and restaurants.
