The size was good. Cable was included. Microwave was great for my small children. The fact that house keeping came and cleaned our room. They did a great job. They cleaned without moving or rearranging our stuff. Front staff was friendly.

No laundry services and the room was super muggy. The ac is more like a fan that you can’t feel unless standing directly in front of it. Left the ac on 65 degrees for over 24 hours and nothing. I like to sleep comfortably and cool so this was a real inconvenience for me. Other than that the room was great!

it feels like home. very peaceful and quiet,. since i'm having trouble finding a place to live , they have been very kind to me which helps me feel better. it is also the most affordable place compared to others since my budget is really tight.

Room was clean and warm, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of driving. The staff was friendly and welcoming and even provided a few recommendations on where to eat that were close by in case I didn't want to drive in the snow.

The light switch by the door did not work and I arrived after dark. I had to stumble around to find a switch on one of the bedside lamps. I'd recommend removing the switch, or activating it so you can turn on a room light when you walk in the door.

There was no breakfast. The staff did provide me with extra coffee which was helpful.

There were a lot of homeless people outside the hotel day and night however all the doors were kept locked all the time. I did not feel threatened ever. The ATM didn’t work so I had to use the one at Quick Trip across the street.

Great location for the venue that we were going to the room was a perfect family room

We chose a downtown motel because we wanted to see the lighting of the cauldrons at the Keeper of the Plains statue. We didn't make it in time and checked in late at night. The motel has done a good job of lighting the parking lot and the neighborhood feels pretty safe. We were on the second floor. The room was clean and well-kept. The location was perfect--right across the 4 lane street is the Doo-Dah Diner--the best breakfast place we have found in our travels. You need a reservation and to leave your car at the motel even if you check out because parking at the Diner is limited. The desk clerk was gracious about the parking. Also about a mile and a half from the Keeper of the Plains Plaza--worth the effort to visit.

The room was tiny--no room for my yoga mat for my morning practice. The hallways are noisy and tattered. the lobby is empty and scary.

Cable TV, AC in room. Could use a candy machine on other floors besides just the 1st floor. Pop machine good on floor along with ice dispenser.

No breakfast. Sheets dirty, toilet seat dirty with poop on it. Dusty, rings in bathtub.

The staff was amazing. We were traveling to a tradeshow with a very full vehicle - the staff went out of their way to make sure our vehicle was parked in a visible/safe location. Everything was great - location, room size, comfy beds. Thanks for a great stay!

There was a very bad smell outside the elevator (3rd floor) that move through the air to our room also. Beds weren’t that comfortable.
