Layout was good and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was nice and it was an easy stay with my dog.

I stayed a week and the room above me must have been daily people because each morning it sounded like packing and moving of furniture. On the last day I think there were several kids running around the room until 11pm. I also have need for handicap parking. The spots were placed near a side door with no automatic doors. The front doors were automatic but were not near the handicap parking.

Breakfast was just OK, we didn't eat all of what we took. The parking was perfect, outdoor space was & location was amazing, close to great eateries, & my favorite shopping.. excellence throughout.

Breakfast was not hot, even though we went down about 8am. The queen bed mattress was not very comfortable. I had hoped for an outdoor pool.

Very Clean, took the extra steps to make you feel safe.

Front desk person was very lack luster, did not explain anything, made me drive around the building when going thru the front door would of been easier. Don't have a coffee bar if your coffee is going to be warm. Don't hide behind a glass room and just look up first before coming out front to see what a guests needs maybe.

Wi-Fi issue and lack of help from the night desk clerk. I’ve never had any Wi-Fi issues before at any hotel and they said this is a 3rd party. I called the internet help button and they tried to have us change the settings on my husband’s iPad without success. Found out a few hours later it was a maintenance problem with the wifi provider? No one seemed to know about it. it did finally work for us about 3 hours after our arrival.

The hotel was very clean and nice looking. Breakfast was great. Room was wonderful and comfortable!!!

Please do not put families with small kids on top floors!!! The family above us had kids running around early am and late pm. I called to their room to ask their parents to please be courteous which turned out okay, but the noise was very loud!!!!

The property was beautiful and super clean. The free breakfast was great food every day with wonderful hot and cold variety. The staff was so nice all the time. Felt like it was tucked away but was still close to shopping and entertainment. Pool area was great for the kiddos. We don’t drink but noticed the little bar had a happy hour that was always well attended but quiet. We loved this stay.

We were in town for the girls state wrestling meet. We were surprised by the size of our room! There was a kitchen and just about anything else we could have needed/wanted. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! It was a peaceful, quiet hotel at night, as well.

Our room was clean, comfortable, clean, quiet, clean, spacious, and clean. The breakfast area was clean with good, tasty menu options.

Our handicap accessible room was at the end of the hallway - a long distance from the elevators. One would think such a room would be located where it didn't require much walking.

I loved everything about the stay. The kids had a great time and the hotel had more than we expected. The pool was clean and they kept it up so nicely mannered. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

It was very clean. The room felt spacious. The beds were so comfortable! There were 2 blinds that really blacked out the room!

I thought we were getting a suite where the bed was separated from the couch and tv area but it was a little disappointing when the only separation was a curtain.
