It was a good location for us while we were in the area. The breakfast was good. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar nice. Room appeared to be clean. Did not see any dust, which isn't always the case at some hotels. Clean bathroom. Plenty of towels/washcloths. Had a potty area for our dog. The staff was pleasant and friendly enough.

Mattress was a little soft for us. Our room was located near the elevator, so it was a little noisy at times. Pet deposit was a bit much for our 20 # chihuahua. I'm sure once the cleaning staff entered our room after we had checked out, they discovered that there was no evidence that a dog was even there. We kept him crated while in the room. He's totally potty trained. Will only go outside. I do understand the need to collect a deposit, but once you view the room, I think a partial refund would be nice for those of us who are responsible pet owners. The only other thing I would mention is the fact that the shower gel had a very strong, sweet oder. A bit much for us, but we have learned to pack our own just in case.

This is our 2nd time using this hotel while in this area. Check in was quick. Front desk staff very friendly. Room was clean. Bathroom appeared clean. Plenty of towels/washcloths. Location was fairly quiet. A couple of good restaurants just down the street. Wal-Mart next door. (Who can't use a Wal-Mart?) Good coffee in lobby with several creamer choices.

Small table in room with a couple of small chairs would have been nice since my husband and I ate dinner in the room. (Guess we could have eaten in the lobby area where they serve breakfast, but didn't think about it.) Breakfast was so so. Sausage links had a greasy flavor. Other foods were OK. Would love some biscuits and gravy if possible. I know the prep facilities are limited. Overall, we really don't have any major complaints for this stay.

Employees always friendly. Property has good appearance. There’s always plenty of towels. Fairly decent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Plenty of pillows. Good location. 3 good restaurants and Wal Mart close by.

Room had the odor of urine. This is a pet friendly property. Carpets need sanitized immediately after guests check out that had a pet with them. Felt the room was a little pricey.

Hotel was nice good location

I had requested an early check-in and late check-out Stephanie the clerk who checked us in said she didn't have any early requests that they dont check them. So was forced to leave at 12 instead fulfilling my request til 3 for my trip. Was very. Very disappointed she wasn't that pleasant either had to wait 10 minutes for someone to find her so I could check out. Had to ask for my receipt

The location was close to what we needed. It was quiet, pet friendly and clean. I would stay there again.

The bathtub faucet dropped loudly all night. It woke me up a few times. The room smelled like a heavy cover up spray.

Had a hometown sort of feel - like a small town, cozy sort of feeling. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! If you're looking for a nice overnight stay, I'd recommend this place. I'm not sure what is around to if you're traveling with kids. Very pretty surrounding mountains though!

No bad things to list!

The breakfast was good and there were nice selections. While I didn't try any of the fruit, I did hear some folks complain about the fruit flies.

The notice said that breakfast was served until 10 a.m. but at 9:40 there were only 3 bagels available (with 3 guests in line for a bagel) and 4 guests walking into breakfast area. There was plenty of cereal and waffle/pancake mix, but no bacon, only 2 omelets, and 3 bagels. I understand not wanting to fry up food that might go to waste, but it seems to me that putting out a few bagels would have been appropriate.

Staff was super friendly and let me check in early. Hotel was clean, room was clean. Location wasn't bad. Room was nice, pillows were comfortable.

The bed was to hard for my liking, I felt the springs. The bathroom shower needs repaired. The AC kept making a banging noise randomly through the night startling me awake.

Breakfast was good but started to run out of items between 9:30 and 10:00. Room to sit for breakfast was limited. Location was not too far from our destination, Ashland.

We had to move to another room as the faucet in the bathroom did not work. Room we moved to was not as nice but acceptable. There was no reduction in price.
