We loved how spacious the suite was! it was perfect for a family of 4. I thought it was great that the bathroom had the full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner already mounted in the shower. it cuts down on single use plastic waste. The pillows on the bed and the mattress were SO comfortable.

when the parking out front was full we had to park out back and it wasn’t very clear as to how to get back inside except going through the pool area

Easy access to our rooms. The check in staff was extremely nice. The property & rooms were very clean and the pool & breakfast was all you could ask for.

There was no air vent in the bathroom so it was very humid while toweling dry. Was probably the cause of the slight mold on the bathroom ceiling. Other than the walls around the toilet area could’ve been cleaner, the room was extremely comfortable.

Quiet location. Staff was very friendly and helped work out a minor room booking issue due to the website. Hotel looked and smelled clean. Breakfast options were of a large variety and everything I tried tasted great.

Very minor issues with room unrelated to website booking issue. There was a small amount of trash clearly visible under the sofa pull-out couch. The fridge had a solo can of beer left in it that should have been tossed. Otherwise, nothing major.

The hotel rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, room was spacious, they have dove hygiene products which was 10/10. Coffee pot, fridge, and microwave included in room was a plus. The continental breakfast was great, From pancakes and Cinnabons to biscuits and gravy everything was delicious. Staff was all very friendly. It was my kids first time staying in a hotel and they loved it, my son said the bed was very comfortable and he liked that he could watch TV and go swimming!

Clean common area. Nice pool. Is very small though for size of hotel. They use saltwater instead of chlorine. (Maybe because of chlorine shortage? 🤷‍♀️) Breakfast server was great. Efficient and very polite. Room was clean aside from tacky carpet. Housekeeping was friendly, efficient and helpful.

Room had an odd smell. Carpet inside room was tacky to bare feet. Asked for a receipt but was denied because we booked through Booking.com. Never been a problem the multiple other times we booked through Booking. Hotel charged card before my arrival even though it was a pay at the property reservation.

Found an insect on my pillow either a big bedbug or tick a kinda of reddish color only one. Did not get any bites through night I contained it in a baggie my cousin had Front desk ask we leave with her she was going to try and give me a discount. Have not checked my cc. Been a hectic week

Probably the fastest check-in to a hotel I've ever experienced! The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was decent, and the rooms were quiet.

Very minor things, like the conditioner needed refilled in the shower, and the pool isn't heated (the pool room is very hot, sauna-like, but the water is chilly).

Wish we could go back to daily room cleaning I know this is a staffing issue but it would be nice to come home each day to a made bed clean room

Excellent morning breakfast ~ Best we have seen.. Longer hours of operation. Nice indoor pool.

No fan in bathroom. Only 1 chair in double bed room with 3 adults. No freezer compartment in fridge.

the pool…….the temp outside was in the 30s, the indoor pool temp should have been set in the 60s or 70s. Couldn’t enjoy pool cause room temp and water was to cold.
