The breakfast was great and always had enough for everyone! The room was huge and and very comfortable! The front desk clerk, she was on a scooter because of a broken foot, was fantastic! She went ABOVE and BEYOND to get us towels everyday, tell us great places to eat and to visit while we were there! She truly is a great team member for your hotel!!!!!

NOTHING! EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! We were right across the street from the Corvette Museum, which was our number 1 stop, so nothing wrong, everything was great! We stayed four nights in Gatlinburg and did not have the same experience as here!

I like that this place has super comfortable beds! The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly! They also asked us to downsize our refrigerator and stove to receive a 50% discount that was awesome!

I liked everything about this property I can’t think of anything negative to say.

The comfortable king bed with ample pillows and bed space was wonderful. Breakfast was included. Make your own waffle.

The suite bathroom could have been cleaner. At breakfast, the biscuits were somewhat doughy and the gravy was super salty.

not being able to cancel with some refund prior to our stay. we had something come up and couldn’t arrive until Saturday. I notified the property weeks before our stay and they used the room for Friday night guest but I wasn’t able to get a least part of my money back. So they made double on that room on Friday.

the staff is very professional, the rooms are very well equipped and very clean. The mattresses are soft. The television is in high definition and the internet is fast. The breakfast is complete (sweet or savory). The swimming pool is accessible until 10:00 p.m. The hotel is quiet at night. the car park is lighted and secure.

Immediately when we walked in the lobby smelled AMAZING!!! The hallways also smelled super lovely and the beds were the most comfortable ever!!!! Mr. Ken was SUPER nice and professional and 1 of the housekeepers- Sunshine- was super sweet and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

Hmmmm... I cannot give any constructive criticism... the place was top notch!!!

the staff were wonderful, it was roomy and CLEAN. We were close to our facility we were going to see and be a part of. They were very accommodating, breakfast was good and the coffee always hot. Great Job team

The staff- especially Mrs. Sunshine at the front desk (congrats on the promotion) was super friendly and super helpful. Also, the lobby and front desk area smells AMAZING!!!!!! You guys rock!!!

This was the second stop of our 40th anniversary road trip in our Corvette to the National Corvette Museum. The breakfast was a little sparse but it was something. The location is nicely located around all the Corvette facilities. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Cynthia, at the front desk was very helpful getting us in a little early since our stay in Memphis was so terrible. She was very personable and really turned our day completely around after such a terrible experience at the Memphis comfort inn we stay in. The pool was cold but ok. lots of stores in the area. Will surely stay again.

I went to use the blow dryer in the room 223 and it fell off the wall. Tried to place it back but it had come off the wall before. When I was checking in, I saw the employee head out for a smoke and personal call. I waited at the desk for several minutes. I had to go out and get her. When she came in, she stated that she thought we had went to the elevator and was not checking in because we did not have any suitcases. She stated rudely that she did not have a reservation for me and had I just made it. She had no rooms available. I had made the reservation earlier in the week and it was for the MainBridge. She was looking under the Sleep Inn side. She was very defensive and on the rude side.
