we loved how big the room was and the couch was definitely a must have for our family. It made the stay more comfortable.

the pool hours are posted and it says 8am-10pm, however, on the day of checkout I had promised my little girl we would swim first thing when it opened before we checked out. We were there for the drag races and it was exceptionally hot on Saturday and to late to swim when we got in. so Sunday we got to the pool and there was no towels so we went to the front desk and she informed me that today they didn’t open till 10am. My 5 year old little girl cried her eyes out because she didn’t get to swim after I had promised her all day the day before she could. If you have certain hours on certain days for the pool just have them posted so situations like mine don’t happen. As a parent I felt horrible and it made me look like a liar.

Breakfast was great—lots of choices and a clean, well-laid out breakfast area. Super impressed that there was someone constantly wiping down tables. The lobby area was well lit for coming in and night—really like the emphasis on quiet hours. The indoor pool was very nice—just wish we had more time to enjoy it! The location was super easy to get to and offered a quieter stay than being right next to the interstate.

The toiletries were partially used, but we usually bring our own. We did not ask for more, but feel that if we had needed then they would have taken care of things.

The location and the room was spacious. reasonably priced. We requested to be away from the elevator and they did. The night staff was super friendly. They did provide breakfast.

The red cover at the foot of the bed needed to be changed there was something on it in 2 places that was obvious to see. we stayed the night before and checked out, later in the day we decided to stay another night booked online again. When we got there ended up with the same room. lol. the red cover had not been cleaned and desk was still sticky. shower doors needed cleaned. the people who stayed in the room above us stomped all during the night moving those footstools.

The pull out sofa was terrible and should not be considered a bed but the manager was very helpful and it all worked out great

The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Only two towels in the room. Our room did not get cleaned on day 2.. evidently I had to request that service. I think they should at the very least give us clean towels in the room. I got them at the front desk and they were very accommodating.

It was nice to come down to a hot breakfast. Everything was delicious and my kids ate a whole plate before a day of travel. Just what we needed!

The blankets were very light and we were a little bit cold in the night. Thankfully myself and my family had sweatshirts we could put on. But would have been nice for a little heavier if a blanket as well!

The staff was very nice. The hotel and room were stylish and nice. The breakfast was good and the lady who was working in the breakfast area was fantastic. She worked hard keeping things stocked and cleaning up tables and counters continuously.

The elevators were a little dirty, with water and spilled cereal lingering around the edges. Our room floor didn't seem to be as clean as I would like, I had some hair stuck on my foot when I got in the shower and the floor seemed not freshly washed.

The breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. Everything was warm and the hostess was on top of keeping everything clean.

The bottom sheet had the remains of a blood stain that didn’t come out in the wash. It should have been tossed!

Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was generally quiet and comfortable.

The hotel didn't appear to be full, but my room was downgraded from a king suite to a queen suite. The staff member was polite but mentioned there wasn't any cleaning staff to service the king suite. I checked in 3 hours after the normal check in period.

Clean rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.

Sliding shower door would not stay closed. It kept sliding open. On day 2, staff did not come clean the room or put out fresh linens. We had to request towels later. At breakfast, the gravy was cold even though staff had just brought out a fresh batch in a crockpot.
