We loved everything from our king size room to the dining services.

We did not like fighting for a parking spot every night. On our first night, one of the workers was a "KAREN." She was tripping that we were the only people (BLACK People)still in the pool area, not in the pool but in the area, leaving to be exact with a disabled person on my side. Heading back to our room and she had a whole fit about being in the pool area for 7 minutes. 10:07p. She was very rude to us but she went and told her manager that I was rude to her of course. The manager is going to believe they are worker. The next day, there were plenty of people in the pool at 10:07p. And no one said anything to those guesses, but that particular worker did not work that day either. No other problems to report. Thanks

Check-in and out was easy and convenient. I did not request maid service but, I received extra towels when I asked. The room was comfortable and the bathroom/shower was easily accessed and not cramped. The breakfast and evening, complimentary food was well prepared, hot, and frequently refreshed. The food preparation staff was very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I had the opportunity to chat with one of the maintenance staff and enjoyed his local knowledge and his friendly demeanor. I received great service and was very satisfied with my stay.

River, at the front desk was so nice and suggested great places to check out while we were in town. The lady in the dining area was also very kind and hospitable. These two ladies made us feel like company and that matters to us.

This is the second stay here that the hot tub was not in working condition. We were also disappointed by this during our stay on Christmas Eve 2021. Four months is plenty of time to get that repaired. For the second time, there were no trash can liners in the trash cans. Picky? No, folks need these. I asked a housekeeper for a few and she readily handed me some, so I know that they are on their cart. Also, our floor in front of the sink was sticky in several spots. Like a clear soda had been spilled and not mopped up. As the day went on, I noticed the same sticky, and dirty spots on the floors in front of the elevators. Must have been from a housekeeping cart because it was everywhere and was not cleaned up during our two day stay.

We had never stayed at Drury Inn before. We chose to stay with them because they served dinner in addition to breakfast. We had several hikes planned with the kids (14, 16, 20) and finding a place to eat at the end of the day that everyone can agree on (we have 2 vegetarians, 1 vegan & 2 carnivores in our family), when everyone is hungry and tired, can be a hassle. Dinner was buffet style served from 5:30-7:00. The following items were available each night that we stayed: Salad greens, tomatoes, croutons and shredded cheese with choice of Italian or Ranch dressing; hot dogs: buns, wieners, ketchup, mustard; nacho chips, cheese, salsa; soup of the day; soft drinks, water, coffee. A different entree was served each night. The entrees served the nights we stayed were: grilled chicken slices, pulled pork BBQ, meatballs & gravy. Side items offered varied each night: baked potatoes with choice of sour cream & butter, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, steamed beans, baked beans. The food was good and there was plenty of it for hungry hikers. Other good things about this hotel: exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, hallways, dining areas, etc. The location was good for us. It was 25 minutes from our hiking location, about 30 minutes to Mammoth Cave and around 10 minutes from Lost River Cave and Chaney’s Dairy. The kids enjoyed the pool. I had hoped to try out the hot tub, but I ended up in the guest laundry instead. Ah, mom life ;). There is one washer and one dryer on the first floor that got our stinky hiking clothes nice and clean. My only complaint is that the dryer did not get our clothes completely dry, but I had a large load that contained a couple of big hoodies, so probably my fault. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I thought all of the things offered were amazing. I liked that breakfast had some quality choices and some variety between the two days.

There seemed to be a shortage of towels at the pool, but it was Spring Break and there was an abundance of people using the pool. I don't like the internet hook up. It didn't work for some of my work programs, I just used my hot spot in those scenarios.

The wonderful, amazing and sweet staff made this one of our favorite stays ever !! The staff , was by far , the best staff we have ever encountered on vacation . The food was great and very convenient for a family of four.

I think the pool could have been cleaner.

The happy hour and free dinner appetizers along with the free breakfast.

Everything was good for the value, but if anything that could be improved it would be the breakfast. It had good choices but the food itself wasn’t very good.

Breakfast offering was lacking. Add fresh fruit, bacon and grits--this facility is in the South after all. And maybe a few more cereal choices. The sausage patty did not cut it.And the coffee was blah. Fresh OJ is always better. Big plus was the delightful and helpful lady who assisted in the dining area. A true gem.

Room was pleasant but we had to go to front desk to request blankets on a chilly Fall night after 7 hours on the road.

The staff was nice. Room was nice, bed was so comfortable. Room was close to elevator and ice machine conveniently located next to elevator. Free breakfast was wonderful, and although I didn't get to enjoy the complimentary evening snack, that was a very nice offer!! Check in and check out were very easy.

Staff is extremely friendly. Location is great, very clean and food was good 😊

No restroom at the pool. No one is going back to the rooms to use the restroom so where do you think they are going to go 😳 When I called the reservation line they confirmed that I booked a two queens suites (with a pullout) that was not correct it was a standard room on the 4th floor. We made it work but reservations of all people should know the layout of the property.
