We were in town to go explore the caves and this was the perfect location. Not far from the caves and restaurants/stores

The front desk staff were amazing. They helped me with recommendations and were probably the most friendly hotel employees I have ever dealt with! They really made my experience at the comfort inn the best.

Good location close to Mammoth Cave, Interstate 65 and other local attractions.

Overall pleasant hotel, There is some room for improvement. Drawers for clothing was a bit small-not enough for us traveling around Kentucky for an entire week. Breakfast diner was a bit overcrowded.

Travis was exceptionally efficient at check-in and gave us a ton of local information to help us with sightseeing. The breakfasts were the best we've experienced at a hotel! The room was sparkling clean and the location of the hotel was the best.

There is nothing to dislike at this hotel.

Everything was wonderful. Very spacious room though it could use a dresser. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well organized and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, but I needed my cream cheese (haha)

Convenient location right next to interstate for Mammoth Cave visit. Friendly, efficient check in. Room was clean and everything in working order. Good value for budget room. Bonus very good Mexican restaurant across the street.

Staff was exceptional from check in to check out! Very clean and staff was always cleaning and improving something. Great location. Excellent breakfast facilities and food. Everything was great.

It seems like these days a good hot breakfast in a hotel is hard to find. Comfort in paid out in spades with a great spread. On top of that, the room was spectacular with high ceilings seeming to make the room much bigger. The King size bed was exquisitely comfortable and the shower felt perfect. It's proximity to the Mammoth Cave systems made it the perfect place to rest our heads. The low price made it even better.

The room, while nearly perfect, did have kind of an odd smell, almost like a weird body odor type of smell. Not enough to warrant any kind of complaint, just enough to be somewhat noticeable. Also, the pool closed a bit earlier than most hotels I stay at, which was just a tad inconvenient after a day at the caves.

The swimming pool is subdivided by a line with buoys. That makes it a little harder to swim laps because you have to duck under the line constantly, but it is manageable.

Breakfast was so-so, not very impressed, though they kept the food well supplied, there was no juice the 1 day. The room was nice and even though next to elevator, noise did not become an issue.

Derek at the front desk was sooo nice and very personable! He told us about a really great Mexican restaurant that was nearby and was so helpful with everything. Each time we entered he greeted with a warm, welcoming smile and a friendly hello!
