The breakfast was excellent. Had a variety of items and even though they said thy were short staffed, we still were waited in a timely matter. All the staff, front desk and all were very friendly.

We were not told we had to ask for housekeeping when we checked in. We had only one set of towels and had to go get towels and toilet tissue was almost gone when we checked in. We had to call for that also. And they could only give one roll. Our key never worked. We had to keep going to the front desk. The last time I had to get someone to come open it for us. They apologized for that.

We had a handicap accessible room and they met All my needs and requests. Room was spacious. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was great. The staff was on top of everything! We will be return customers.

The very last night, a party with kids arrived and allowed them to run up and down the halls and bang doors for almost 2 hours.

Location was good. Staff was good, hotel was nice.

My room had a foul smell. Someone had put an air freshener in the vent in an attempt to fix it. It just looked trashy and didn’t help the moldy, cat urine smell.

Quiet at night, even though there were several guests with children.

Had to ask for a refrigerator; however, when I did it was promptly brought to my room. Also, room was a little warm despite the temperature control being lowest settings.

The staff was friendly and our family enjoyed our stay there and loved being able to swim!

There nothing negative to speak on. All employees assisted in a timely manner and there was no confusion about anything. Keep up that great customer service.

The hotel was in a great location and the customer service from the front desk was excellent. The room was a very nice size and the bathroom was very big.

This is not the hotel's fault, but in the room next to us there was a screaming (not crying, screaming) child. They screamed from 8 am until we left at about 10:30. We were up late at my sister's and were not planning on getting up that early. Our stay was wonderful until this. We didn't call or do anything, but it made for a very bad morning.

The staff were all very nice, attentive efficient and helpful. The room was clean & beds very comfortable. Access to the convention center was great during the rain.

We were unable to get a refrigerator or an extra blanket for our room, but staff did follow up with us to let us know.

very friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable! They had a key rig with great in room coffee. I loved the coconut lime Vernon’s shampoo conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom and the shower had plenty of pressure and water stayed warm!

There was no refrigerator or microwave.
