This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at within the area. The entire facility is spotless and very clean. The workers there were also very nice, every time we would go in the lobby we would be greeted with a smile or a good morning. The food for breakfast is also really good, with a wide variety. By the looks of it, it seems like the employees there really take care of the hotel and strive to keep it up to date and clean.

The only thing I would really complain about is that, the trash cans in our room was not emptied when we got in the room. We went almost the entire time there without a trash bag. We had to go to the dollar store to buy some

Everything at this location was top notch. The staff was amazing and the morning breakfast was fantastic, much better than other hotels near by.

The one thing that I didn't like and was a bit of an inconvenience, especially if you have children with you, is that there are no microwaves in the rooms. There is one available to use 24/7 in the main lobby but it's tiring having to go downstairs to heat up Ramen 😆. We just used the in room coffee maker to boil the water.

The room and amenities were great and exactly what I expect from my stay at a Hampton. Everything was clean and new.

I was charged on check out after I told them the room was already paid for. When I called for a refund I was charged again. I had to make multiple phone calls and talk to many people and the issue has still not been resolved.

Traveling from Alabama coast back to Chicago we stayed just one night. It was exactly what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Staff during check-in was extra helpful procuring a cart for us. Breakfast was delicious and staff was extremely accommodating and cheerful. We will be back to explore the local attractions and will 100% stay here again.

Breakfast was better than expected. Waffle station was very popular.

The indoor pool was fun, but it seemed to have issues with maintaining an appropriate amount of chlorine/cleanliness. It was very cloudy during our visit. Either over-chlorinated, or the water wasn't well-filtered.

Cleanest hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The pool was small but well kept and full of kids for our son to play with. Breakfast left a little to be desired, powdered eggs, bagels, toast, the usual fare, but it was better than nothing..

I did have to ask two or three times for bedding for the pull out sofa bed in our room so our son didn't have to sleep on a bare mattress. But all I had to do was find the correct front desk agent for that...??

The room was smaller than what we preferred but it worked. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was good there was a good amount of options. The location was perfect for all the different cave tours and attractions.

The bed was uncomfortable.

The property was close by Mammoth Cave national park and also many options for canoeing! Great area to get outside and try so many fun things! There’s also putt putt and horseback riding nearby. Simple and cute ice cream shop across the street you can walk to. And try the barbecue place that’s right up the street! Delicious! The hotel offered a good complimentary breakfast and coffee was available all day. Pool area was nice just make sure to ask for extra towels.

For the most part the hotel was wonderful and we will honestly stay again. I just wish the cleaning staff would pay close attention to hair all around the bathroom and right outside the bathroom. I know hair can be tricky but this was just someone not paying attention. The bedding and the rest of the room and spaces were clean and comfortable.

The staff was great and when we needed towels for pool or room they gave them to us. The rooms was big enough.

The beds where not comfortable. They needed more muffins for breakfast. They only had muffins for one of the days and the two days after no muffins.

Hampton Inn seems to be very consistent with their quality level at a good price.

The location and staff made up for a little age on the facility. I don't think there's a better hotel option so close to the entrance of Mammoth Cave National Park.
