Best Western Plus Elizabethtown Inn & Suites

The room was very spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Even though the handicapped lift for the pool wasn't working. Which was the reason for the visit. The staff did try to help fix the problem. They also made it their main concern at the time. Since they were unable to fix the situation, they gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Which was awesome but the main thing was how they made me feel like I was truly important. That is something you don't see anymore.

Other than the handicapped lift not working I have no other complaints

The hotel lobby and the room were both very clean. The bed was absolutely amazing on the comfort scale. The coffee/tea bar was a great thing to have available, but some half & half creamer would’ve been nice.

Breakfast was okay, but the only healthy option was a bowl of whole apples and some very thin (see-through) Canadian bacon. Bananas, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, and maybe some half & half for coffee would’ve made a huge difference. Everything was white flour and sugary. Healthier breakfast/coffee options would’ve made this hotel a 10.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the young woman at the front desk. The free coffee I’m the lobby was outstanding and I wish I had taken advantage of this more. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfy. The room was huge and very clean. The shower pressure was awesome!

The store downstairs could have used more items. I would have like a mat for the shower because it was a bit slippery.

Newer hotel, clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here again in the future. Quiet hotel. Plenty of food chains nearby for a quick bite or travel into the surrounding area for non-chain options.

Due to being a weekend and sports teams staying at hotel, breakfast was a bit picked over at times. Staff attempted to replenish as quickly as possible though.

Everything! Beautiful facility! One odd thing that happened, tho, was that the alarm in the room went off alittle after 5:00 AM. This was very irritating, and why would this happen? I told the gal at the front desk the next morning and she just stared at me like I was speaking another language. She had zero customer service skills. Zero. Too bad. I could overlook the alarm going off alot easier than I could overlook her attitude.

I slept almost to late for breakfast but the staff didn’t mind me going in for a few bites There wasn’t much left other than cereal & bagels

Would have been nice if kitchen stayed open until 9:30 , for those with late appointments. At least with a few items to start a day with. I understand food expires, but there are many places that are open until 10 am . Thanks

When we arrived the rooms were not together, we went ahead and checked in the rooms. When a room come available so we could be together they told us and let use move at no extra cost. That’s the reason I’ll keep using you as my first choice of rooms.

Nothing everything was great.

I just had to try the salt water pool, and the front desk person let me stay a little longer. The number of people was kept to a minimum. By the way, the salt water was awesome. The pool itself was small--not a place to be swimming laps Our ground floor room had a very high ceiling, the staff was excellent and everything was very clean.

Breakfast didn't look appetizing so we skipped it. The decaf coffee was cold and the regular barely lukewarm. There should be two people on duty cooking and serving breakfast. Making the signature waffles is very time-consuming and holds up the line.

Wonderful staff. Sparkly clean (both the entire hotel and the room). Free parking. Everything works great in this hotel -- nice spot if you are visiting Elizabethtown for a day or two.

Perhaps I am too demanding, but I didn't find breakfast to be either healthy or tasty. If the hotel would add more gluten-free options, and less-processed food (e.g., real sausages instead of "sausage gravy", real eggs instead of eggs from powder, some real cheese, real meat, fresh veggies, etc), that would be fantastic.

My family and I were impressed with this hotel. The gentleman that checked us in had a warm smile, (behind his mask) Our room was ready as soon as we arrived. We were scheduled for the pool right away. Everything was clean and fresh. We were able to have the pool all to ourselves for an hour or so. Breakfast the next morning was exceptional. The lady went through a lot of extra effort to make sure my son's egg allergy was addressed and that none of his food had contacted any egg products. We left this hotel knowing if we were ever back in the area we would be staying here.

cant say we disliked anything.
