The room was well made. Organized and also friendly staff. Quick Check in and check out. The fact that I was able to rent a car made getting places easier. I was impressed overall considering the other horrible reviews in the review section.

The lighting needs a little bit of improvement. It seems kind of dull in the hallways. The ground floor is the brightest. The hotel does have a cozy feel to it overall. No airport noise whatsoever. I would do it again if I ever need a hotel in the area. I just wish they vacuumed the floor a little better because I did find a toenail on the floor that wasn't mine and some sort of weird stain on the wall that was already dried into it at bedside height. Other than that, quick check in and quick check out.

I liked how big it was! I was not expecting it to be that size. I also liked the nice lobby. The pool looked nice too even though I didn’t utilize it. My room had a bathtub in the shower which was nice. I also liked how roomy my room was. I was not expecting it to have a desk but that was nice when it was time to get ready. This was my first time booking my own hotel room, so it was a great experience!

On Friday night, I came back from a concert. I had a really hard time finding parking. It took me 10-15 mins of driving around before I could find a place to park. Other than that, my stay was awesome!

A great location and friendly staff, there was an issue with the long term parking option. Expansive property navigating and easy access to quick stop grocery & gas station.

They may still be working through some communication processes as I was left behind when I had a shuttle reservation to the airport because of poor communication from the day before check in staff, the next morning when I checked out, and the inaccurate information for the airport shuttle driver. Also front staff unaware that the alternative app transportation now have additional hidden fees to transport consumers to the airport (add on gas and airport surcharges).

The room was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. We received everything we asked for in a timely manner. The pool is open later then most hotels offer which we really enjoyed. Beds were comfortable as well.

We were extremely disappointed that the hot tub was permanently closed. That’s one of the reasons for our stay was to let our daughter swim while we relaxed in the hot tub but it was closed. It also wasn’t advertised that they had closed it so that was disappointing but other then that we enjoyed our stay.

Quality and content of breakfast was good and served well by Kim who coped admirably on her own.

Am surprised that management were unable to provide additional support for Kim who had to deal with all the guests on her own. She remained calm despite a very difficult Japanese guest giving her continual grief.

nice being near the airport, courteous drivers to transport you back and forth, and reasonable rate of $6 per day to leave the vehicle.

Bar and grille prices of craft beer ($8.50 a pint) and liquor and mixed drinks $10 to $13 is on the high side. But may not be fair to compare with higher volume places, so I don't mean this as a big issue.

Nice staff, great location. The bed was comfortable. Abigail at front desk was very nice and helpful with my questions.

I was on ground level and the curtains didn’t close completely to block out parking lot lights. Immediate neighboring room shower was unusually loud at night.

I was so surprised at how nice the Holiday Inn was especially for the price. The lobby was beautiful with a big fountain in the middle and a nice bar and grill. We had a weeks vacation staying in hotels in Kentucky and Tennessee and this was the best by far and the cheapest as well!

Room was clean , the staff is friendly, the pool is small but still enjoyed it. It's close to restaurants and convenient store near by. the breakfast in the morning was great so was the waitress, she was super!!

Bed was hard and pool could be heated more also disappointed in no hot tub

The staff who checked me I. Was absolutely delightful. Very attentive and efficient. It was close to the airport and the transportation person was absolutely fantastic. We grayest appreciated his immediate response to our needs.
