Friendly staff breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious Monday was just okay the room was very clean and comfortable I would definitely recommend this room with the jacuzzi spa to couples the room was very spacious

There's very little for me to say that I did not like the room. could have used a couch to get more comfortable then the two chairs and then at the desk there was only one chair when there's a jacuzzi suite I'm thinking it's going to be two people sitting down to eat at the table and the breakfast on the weekday just wasn't as delicious as the weekend one

receptionist Tommy and the early morning driver Kathy were very friendly, patient and thoughtful. Tommy explained patiently where to pick us up, and dispatched the driver from the hotel right away. Kathy let us to pack a couple of muffins before the breakfast officially opened, because we had to leave the hotel at 5am. We appreciate so much the warmth. first time in this region. very good impression for the people here.

The king room with the jacuzzi was very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The housekeepers were friendly and did a great job with daily room service offers. The front desk staff ans kitchen staff were sociable and helpful as well. Breakfast was tasty and had a variety of nice choices.

Honestly, I have no critiques. My partner and I had no issues with the hotel or staff during out stay. It was a wonderful and relaxing time.

they were doing construction. not a problem really because it wasn’t going on actively while I was there. it did have a paint smell, though

The breakfast was beyond what most other hotels offer. It was hot and tasted very good. The room as clean and the bed comfy. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The proximity to the airport

I didn’t like that none of the staff was wearing masks when we are in the middle of a COVID surge. The day we stayed there was the highest number of reported Covid cases in a day EVER in KY.

Clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows, and friendly staff. Very little (if any) airplane noise, although it’s very close to the airport.

The gentlemen that worked the night shift (Shane) was superb. When we flew in around 11:00pm he made sure we were picked up at the airport with the hotel shuttle bus as we weren't able to get our rental car until the next morning as it was closed at 10:00pm. The rooms were really large and spacious as well. Great and friendly staff that we encountered while there. Would recommend and stay there in the future.

wanted to store bags downstairs— We had 7 bags because we are moving — got in late and the desk clerk didn’t even offer to help ! For this price of hotel I expected more.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom had plenty of counter space. Everything was updated and clean. The continental breakfast was great! Waffles, omelettes, sausage, bagels, and all the rest you’d expect.
