Tru By Hilton Cincinnati Airport South Florence

Stayed night before flight out of Cincy. Great location near airport. Hotel was very nice and got a great rate. Had to leave before breakfast for an early flight so didn’t get to try it. They did have a large selection of grab and go food and drinks available in the lobby open 24/7 nicer than anywhere else I’ve been. Even had pool table in the lobby for guests to use. Neat thing was the awesome shower. It was probably best hotel shower I’ve ever used even in much more expensive hotels. Has rain head shower with 2 adjustable jets for back and legs with great water pressure and hot water. Would highly recommend.

Only problem was their business center was out of commission but they said could use sister hotel’s right across the parking lot instead. I did and it was nice with 2 computers and free printing which is what I needed. I’ve found many hotels no longer offer this so it was great!!

Room and all facilities were clean. Fun and/or pleasant decor throughout the hotel. Snacks were available and well stocked. We enjoyed the 24hr coffee bar. We received fresh towels the next morning, and there were plenty. There was gel hand soap and lotion at the sink, and shower gel, shampoo, and contitioner available in the glass shower in large dispensers (so no tiny bottles to struggle with). The multiple shower heads were a nice touch. There was also a hair dryer, iron and ironing board available in the room. No drawers, but there were hangers, places for storage, and multiple hooks for clothing storage, as well as multiple hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels to dry. Lots of outlets and places to plug in our phone/device chargers. TV was big (the welcome sign screen display with my name was a nice touch 😉). The pull down shade and additional blackout shade (not curtains that would come untucked) were excellent and actually blocked out the street lights and sunlight extremely well. The pool, workout area, lobby, and pool table were also very nice. Parking was included, very convenient, and parking area was safe. Lots of shopping and nice restaurants nearby. No surprise charges at checkout either! We enjoyed our stay!!!

Anyone using the workout area and/or pool were visible when driving through parking lot.

Loved the breakfast, pancakes are delicious! Staff at front desk were all cheerful, helpful and kind. Liked the parking close to our room. We loved the fresh coffee was always available.

The room was a bit small for 2 queen beds only because all 3 of us hit our legs on the bed base creating bruises. Maybe just get a different support for the bed could fix it.

Room was nice and clean. Loved that the bed was made each day. The breakfast was not very good at all. The bread served was extremely stale and the only choice was bagels or English muffins. No donuts or toast. The staff was very distracted on their phones or talking to each other. They rarely acknowledged their customers. I liked this place overall but the staff needs more training in customer service.

We liked playing pool and watching the airplanes take off so close to the hotel. The breakfast was very nice. The white board with a list of all the things you could do.. At the end of our stay we had a problem that could have ruined our vacation, but the manager "Andrew" and "Karen" the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure that did not happen. Thank you Tru by Hilton for hiring excellent people who are professional, friendly and looks out for their customers. We highly recommend this hotel. What an experience!

We wanted to try something different for my spouse birthday and Tru did not disappoint us. We liked everything.

My current favorite hotel chain. Everyone is always nice and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. This particular trip, the team went the extra mile and was able to get my dad a shower chair for his room even though it wasn't an accessible room. I'm very grateful for the extra effort they put in to make sure he had what he needed for his stay.

The location was perfect for us. We were here for opening weekend of Florence Ya'll's baseball. ( our son plays on the team). Breakfast was good. Fun and comfortable atmosphere in lobby area to meet people and talk. Also pool table and games available which was added bonus.

When I checked in we discussed the cleaning and decided to have a refresh of towels and make beds at least once during the stay. It was never done even when I asked again for it before the last night. ( we stayed 4 nights) We had to ask front desk for towels to shower and trash was over flowing.

Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices! The room was spacious with updated modern assesories. The bathroom/bathtub accommodated my elderly mother! The rooms were sanitized well!

Slightly difficult to control the air unit. Slightly noisy at midnight, but was later diminished.

I can see why this hotel is rated highly by families- it is incredibly family friendly! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the saltwater pool and I appreciated that there was a shower to rinse off before going to our rooms. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area. It was very comfortable and cozy. If it had been cooler, we would have enjoyed sitting by the firepit. We played games in the outdoor lounge area til almost 10 pm. We didn't get a chance to play cornhole or use the pool table, but we appreciated the variety of games for kids. We were also satisfied with the breakfast and seating areas. The bathroom was very clean and updated- the shower was awesome!

Not a huge drawback, but the rooms were a bit small, however we weren't in them that much.

Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Clean facility, we liked that there was not any carpet on the floor in our room and no shower curtain = less germs. Large television monitor. Hallway room doors closed quietly. Above average breakfast.

Perhaps slightly less charge for our stay.
