The office staff was super nice! And the bed sheets were amazing!

The hot breakfast buffet was great. There was something for everyone . The ladies working that morning were nice and made sure we were satisfied with what was there. I was really surprised to see that I could have grits. I haven’t ever seen grits on any other buffet . The staff was superb. The lady at the check in was so helpful and so nice. She was a pleasure. You don’t get that everywhere these days. I think her name was Ruth or maybe Rose. If it is Rose she fits it well.

My handicap room which was very nice was at the end of the hallway. Thank you for providing me with the chair for the shower. I only requested handrails.

Breakfast was very good. Staff extremely pleasant. Bed was very comfortable. Could tell that staff took pride in their work. Hotel was very clean. Highly recommend. Will stay again whenever I get back to Hopkinsville.

Knowing that the the privacy drapes were closer to the window. Did not realize it until the next morning. My fault for not looking well enough.

The room was roomy an we had a nice sitting area including a couch.

I have terrible back pain an a firm bed is better for me. The beds were far too soft for my liking. I slept on the couch the second night hoping I could move the next morning. Thankfully it helped some. My daughter an husband(review submitted buy Tims wife) were fine with the beds. The hotels in Hopkinsville are still housing a lot of tornado victims who've lost their homes. That made the hotel a little noisy with all the kids, totally out of the hands of hotel staff.. Breakfast especially was difficult. The ladies working did a good job keeping up.

The hotel was at a great location. The staff was wonderful! Austin called to let us know we had left something in our room. He said they could mail it to us. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was all right. We did not like the breakfast pizza.

The beds were so comfortable. The staff was very friendly & welcoming. Thank you Mrs. Ruth for the warm welcome. The actual room was bigger than expected.

I would prefer to have bacon instead of the sausage that was given out the first morning, and I missed breakfast the second morning. Breakfast hours should be until @ least 10 on the weekends instead of 930am.

Clean, modern and the staff are incredibly nice.

The sticker in the room said that there was no housekeeping unless you requested it or had a stay longer than 3 nights. I stayed 5 nights and they never cleaned my room.

They charged extra for use of the in-room safe, even though I did not want it or use it. This extra fee did not appear when I reserved earlier that day on the Booking.com app. This is the first time such a discrepancy has occurred; even after many bookings at the major chains through Bookings.com.

Very clean and location was great. Hot breakfast every morning with some type of meat and eggs. On Friday, they have biscuits and gravy. Very QUIET.

Door keys didn’t work. They tried to fix/repair but couldn’t. Had to have them let me in my room until maintenance man could come next day. All fixed by my last day there but rather inconvenient for all of us.

Super-clean and smells so fresh. I also feel very safe here…even coming back to my room late at night. The staff are amazing! For example, I missed breakfast by 10 minutes and everything was put away but the lovely women there grabbed me a yogurt and a spoon and were so sweet about it :)
