No restaurant to sit down and eat breakfast. You have to leave the facility to get food other snack food or an expensive meal at the steak house.

Requested a smoking room through booking.com and the hotel stated they couldn't supply that kind of room because booking.com didn't reserve. The day we checked out is when we received a message from booking.com that the hotel could not reserve that room. We were already at home. Poor communication between the hotel and booking.com. My husband was inconvenienced due to having to walk outside to smoke. The only places to smoke were in the casino or in the entrances of the facility. Really no place to smoke without blowing smoke in someone's face.

When I arrived the room I asked for was not available so they upgraded me to the executive king. As each day went by my friend and i noticed the room was not being cleaned as it should so my partner went to the front desk and complained so they did better but there was no extra bags or towels n the room we had to reuse the cups from the day before no extra blankets n the room period found things under end tables like cups and the house keepers never removed they just kept them there and the last day we were there the house keepers did not make up the bed

The first time I used the bathroom, I noticed the hot water handle on the faucet was was up and resting on the back of the backsplash. When I moved it, it just wiggled. Taking a shower and wanting to wash my hair, the shampoo dispencer wouldnt work--could not get it to squirt any out. I went down to the desk the next morning and they were very apologetic and got the maintenance people up there. They repaired both of those necessary things that day! Thank you!

Staff is always friendly & courteous. Atmosphere is high-end. Great place to stay. Rates are comparable and that's a huge plus! I have stayed close by but like this hotel the most.

Ordered a to-go weekend special of portobello mushrooms stuffed with crab & lobster. Took awhile so did not suspect I would end up with food still frozen in the middle. Expensive mistake. When discovered too casual & tired to return so unsure how that would have been handled. No microwaves. Games are routinely changed out & that's usually fun but this time great games were gone and all the others were over duplicated. Took out Quick Hit Blitz...what!?!

Nice quiet place, very neat. Check in, check out, simple, easy, uncomplicated, friendly. Nice roomy accommodations, beautiful bathroom, counter, shower, hand mirror, lots of outlets, charger outlets, adequate lighting, comfy sofa. And clean!

The clerk behind the Zero Dark Thirty coffee counter was completely unaware of her coffee menu and could not understand my husband, a native English speaker, who had to repeat the request for "dark roast" and "regular coffee" even pointing to the menu board mounted on the wall in back of her. If she is hearing impaired that is sad, but she did not appear to be acquainted with the coffee offerings. He had to repeat three times, enunciating each word, menu pointing. She needs an assistant, or more training, or maybe a hearing device. We were not angry, just observing a problem at the counter.

It was quiet although it is a casino.

Staff smoking area is near where you enter the hotel. Staff interacting with one another cursing, smoking, and just hanging out. Does not potray a professional look. Parking is odd to include the roads leading to and from the hotel. Resturants were closed, did not find a room service menu, and no vending machines. Only one elevator was operational.

The Cafe bar and staff were helpful. The decor was a nice touch and the room was sound proof was great for sleeping.

Couldn't figure out the thermostat; A/C in the room wouldn't stay at a good temperature. At night the temp would rise and I woke up in a sweat, The smell of cigarettes throughout the Casino and the food selection at the "Eats" dining area.

It was close to interstate half way point from Florida to Wisconsin so it was perfect. Slots were a little disappointment would of loved to had played longer but money ran out. Room should be a little cheaper since people will be spending hundreds gambling. In Wisconsin I get free rooms.

The staff was so friendly. Their steakhouse was the best. Carlos the manager treated us at the coffee shop from his own pocket. The casino was clean and there were plenty of attendants. The room smelled fresh and clean. Security in the parking lot was outstanding.

They did not offer valet parking. That is the only thing we did not appreciate.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL EVERYTHING FROM THE FOOD TO THE THE GAMING SYSTEM TO THE TRACKS THE LOCATION IT WAS JUST AN AWESOME HOTEL YOU GET GREAT SERVICE BUT YOU ASK FOR IS WHAT YOU GET THERE AND I CAN'T COMPLAIN

I don't have no complaints about this hotel but I wish they had a blackjack table and a table where you can also play poker some of the other card table games it will make the casino a lot more fun and if they add a pool that will be awesome because it would be so much business going on there more than they can ever realize

Everyone was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. The room was really nice for the money, and when we had an issue with the TV going off, they took care of it quickly and without fuss. They had a good number of electrical outlets (a must for me) also. I would stay here again for sure.

The only complaint was a lack of microwave in the room. They had a fridge, large TV, safe, and nice bathroom. To be totally fair, they did not promise a microwave in the booking, so I can't be mad, but I'm used to those by now.
