Zachary at check-in was very friendly. He got us checked in quickly and efficiently. He told us everything we needed to know - like bar & restaurant times, etc. GiGi at the bar was just like sunshine. She was friendly and said that working there is her most favorite job ever! And that shows. Everyone there was so happy and friendly. Then, I met Jimmy in housekeeping. He was cleaning the floors and I thanked him for keeping the hotel so nice and clean. He told me how is is a janitor at a school and works there part time. He told me how he loves a clean floor and bathrooms - was the ladies room clean enough? We talked about work ethic and he has one! What a great crew this hotel has. Kudos to mgmt for giving these fine people a wonderful place to work so that they give us a wonderful place to sleep! I loved the water fountain in the patio. So relaxing. And an inside / outside bar.

Staff was AMAZING. Facilities were very clean, breakfast bar was great, loved the outdoor lounging area. I didn’t use the gym or pool but would consider it during future visits.

The layout of the room, specifically the bathroom door and bathroom. The self-closing bathroom door was annoying. We used our face masks to latch the bathroom door handle to the room’s door handle so it (bathroom door) would stay open….or propped something heavy in front of the bathroom door when we didn’t want it opened that wide. It would have been better to be able to open the door to the desired width and have it stay there “unassisted”. The bathroom needs a fan, clothing hooks (back of bathroom door?). The bathtub stopper didn’t work. Maintenance came to look at it but we didn’t have him repair it at that time. I just stuffed a washcloth around it while I soaked in the tub.

“All”areas of services were exceptional. Even the maintenance men on Mother’s Day wished women a Happy Mother’s Day. Check in with Nicole , Anne ck out. Breakfast manager Jennifer ? Constant refilling hot plates . Hot side loung superior. Everyone seems happy with working at the Holiday Inn. Looking forward in staying for CCHS reunion end of July. A+++ for your managers & Staff.

Location, close to interstate, easy to find. Front desk reception was great. Room was awesome, with the exception of the shower; the hotel appears to be fairly new, but the base of the shower was rusty & not real clean, and an in-shower shelf was broken. On-site restaurant & bar with outdoor patio seating & cute waterfall!

Breakfast: still early, but the hot food items were barely warm. Out of syrup for the pancakes. Breakfast staff needs to work on being friendly! Outside patio tables needed cleaned, and trash among the tables needed picked up; leaves are understandable, but it just needed a good cleaning.

We didn't check in until 11PM, but the front desk was brightly lit, the outdoor patio was lit with fire pits going. It was all very inviting. The front desk clerk was extremely pleasant. When we got to our room, the key didn't open the door. After returning to the front desk, she was quick to fix the key and away we went. The room was very clean. The bathroom was updated and nice with floating cabinet. The shower was roomy, clean and didn't have a creepy, gross tub. The bed was so comfy. We slept great! Breakfast was fairly typical for a complimentary one, but there was an option to pay for better selections. Great parking that was well lit and good-sized parking spots. Close to important things like Starbucks! LOL! Check out can be done on your room TV. As we were leaving the desk clerk was attentive and quickly asked if we would like a receipt and offered it immediately (it was already printed). We'll definitely stop there again on our way to Georgia.

I couldn't find one thing to dislike. Truly a gem.

My room was very clean and the daily maid tidy-up service was very nice. Location is also a plus.

My room was directly above the outdoor lounge area and the music was a bit loud a couple of nights.

The facility and room were very clean and well kept. The staff was super friendly. The gym had good updated equipment.The quality of the breakfast food was quite good.This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. This hotel was so nice that not only did I stay when I was in route to my destination but I rebooked this same hotel on my way home.

My only complaint is that the breakfast was not well stocked. There was not enough food compared to the amount of people that were there.

The incorrect address given on this site. We drove around for over a hour in the wrong location trying to find them hotel from the address given on booking. I tried to call the hotel and was placed on hold for a long time and I even eventually hung up and called back. I was told the correct location. it needs updated!!!!!!

The staff were great. The facility was clean. The dove hand soap, lotion, and body wash was a plus! This was my second year staying at this hotel, and I love it! The location is great as well.

The young lady who worked the breakfast was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. She was under 21 so hope you can recognize her.

Disappointed we could order mimosa for breakfast as no one over 21 working area but not a deal breaker the young lady there was phoeniminal.
