The front desk man who greeted me/signed me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. What I really liked though was your cancellation policy. Other hotels I looked at had a 48 hour cancellation policy or you would lose money. I was visiting a sick friend and it was a touch and go situation. If he was not feeling well enough for a visit, I would simply be able to reschedule at your place if I cancelled by 6:00 pm. I really, really appreciated that flexibility.

Nothing major. The place is old and worn and could use refreshing. But as I mentioned, it was clean and spacious and the staff were nice, so I would come back.

the lobby and entrance reeked of stale cigarettes and smoking. This is very apparent to non smokers or those allergic to that. I wish there was a way to let people know of any know environmental allergies such as cats etc when booking a room. i didnt realize animals could stay in the room. This is not the facility fault. it was mine. I am highly allergic to cats and luckily had a room that never seemed to have one.

The price was good and the beds were comfy. It was like a home away from home. I liked that room service wasnt every day so I felt like our things wouldn't get messed with.

The halls stank and the patron underneath would bang on her ceiling if all we did was walk across. She called in complaints a lot. The driveway was being re-sealed so parking was a little crazy.

My stay was excellent! Great check in, friendly receptionists, clean, and I liked the grab and go breakfast. Excellent value for money. I travel around the world and this place was very easy and convenient. Only thing I’d change is having a ramp to roll suitcases up as well as a ramp in the lobby. I saw a lift outside but would have preferred a ramp. Than than that, it was great!

Found a roach crawled from under the microwave and was a little noisey at night and there are times there is no front desk staff available but all in all. A good place

The room was especially nice and clean. Only drawback was the carpet being worn, but it was clean. The staff at the front desk was more than happy to assist in whatever was needed or wanted.

The laundry room was excellent!!! We had lots of room, a kitchen, and nice bed.

There was a strange smell in the hallways. Kitchen was great!!!, but had to bring everything ourselves. That was not a big problem, but wish we would have known ahead of time.

Located close to work location. Convenient travel to University of Kentucky campus. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Only stayed one night, with late check-in...so there wasn't much time or opportunity to evaluate. Bathroom vanity needs updating...particle board is worn and weary. Extra blanket wasn't in room, but that may have been due to Covid-19 protocol.

Location was great only 7 minutes from where I was working.

Having an elevator inside would be great so you don't have to pull your luggage up the steps, and also serving some type of breakfast.

Nice little place, quiet and easy check in.

That the trip wasnt longer lol. Nothing against the property.
