Dalton was exceptionally helpful and gave excellent customer service! Each staff member we came across smiled and asked how we were. The room was great both in size and cleanliness. Breakfast was very good and had several options to choose from. Upon arrival, could tell how clean and well-maintained the facility was. Exercise room was impressive.

All was great except for two nights straight, we were kept awake with obnoxious beating and running around from the room above us. It would start at 9:00pm and continue until 3:00-4:00am. Old-fashion courtesy knock on ceiling did not phase them. When brought to front desk, they informed we were not the only ones complaining. It would've been great if the group(s) causing the noise had been given final warning and then, if it continued, asked to leave.

one the building ages a bit longer I’m concerned if it can hold up to standard. For instance the paint in the room and the window coverings are already showing significant wear and tear.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the room had almost everything you would need for an extended stay. We liked all the storage options and amenities. There was a nice lounge area with a fire pit outside. Everything was clean and smelled nice. The front desk staff were all very nice and informative.

There were ants in the bathroom. The shower had a very creaky floor and was a tight fit. The sink sprayed water all over the counter and ruined a few snacks that we had laid out. All minor inconveniences, but the biggest inconvenience was that we were put in the room right next to the elevator and an ice machine area that was apparently under construction. We were woken up by everyone going downstairs for breakfast and then what sounded like circular saws on metal for over an hour.

The room was a nice size.. it had pretty much everything you need.. living room kitchen, nice size bathroom and bedroom..

I didn't like that the body wash dispenser was broken when we arrived and not changed out.. so Apparently the cleaning ladies had to known because it was laying on shelf in shower.. so I had to buy body wash.. which really wasn't a big deal..

Great location and comfortable.

When one of the Management personnel had become rude and disrespectful about a simple question about the usage of the pool. She made it seem as if I couldn’t read or understand the rules of the facility. Once I realized the rules to be able to occupy the pool, the (African American woman) manager was disrespectful while I was with my son. I asked her how I could go about reserving the pool and she said can’t you read? The paper is on the door. I looked at her and said yes madame that’s why I’m asking you. She rolled her eyes and said that it was booked until Sunday. I said that’s fine, I would like to reserve the pool. She looked at me as if I was bothering her. My son asked me why was the lady mean? I told him not to worry about it. But other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

The pillows weren't good but I put two together and it was better. Housekeeping didn't take our towels or take trash out - I thought they would but it wasn't a huge deal.

Room was very nice, very large, very well equipped. Window shades need some attention. Breakfast bar is very well equipped and stocked. The entire facility was very clean.

Elevator and just outside were usually dirty.

The property was very clean. Right off the main highway, so not loud at all. Very quiet and the best staff & overall Hotel in general. Our room was spotless & fully equipped with a full fridge, sink, dishwasher, & microwave. Basically a kitchenette with utensils & items needed for dining. Large screen tv, very nice & spacious bathroom & the beds were all clean & very comfortable. Definitely will be back on our next trip to Lexington & would give this hotel a 10/10!!!!

central location, pool, nice decor, kitchenettes, wonderful breakfast

parking lot was cramped, elevators had some spilled food on the floor, and pool area had a few pieces of trash left by guests ( nothing major), breakfast area was hard to navigate because it was small

The breakfast, and staff helping to assist if needed on what was available and how to work the waffle iron. Pool to relax after a long day, gym for a quick workout.

I wish there was a area to get fresh pool towels in pool area
