Room was very large, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodated our early check in. Big bonus! Weight room and pool were great. Pool was smaller but met the needs of those swimming. Location was superb! Restaurants, Target, a mall, etc. were all within a short few minutes walk or drive. I did check this out in advance, and picked this location for the nearby amenities.

Breakfast was not was I've come to expect from an IHG property. Wildly disappointing. We inadvertenly left a bag of souvenirs at the property (over $100 worth). Our error. However, I did call the front desk and asked if they'd look for the bag of items. Within like 1 minute the gal came back and said they didn't know where the items were. I really find this hard to believe as it was within a few hours of us leaving. Again, our error for leaving but I felt the staff could have looked harder - the bag was OBVIOUSLY a souvenir bag and not trash.

Updated, pleasing colors used, room was beautifully laid out with two tvs placed jn the perfect spots, one of the best breakfasts and eating spaces we've enjoyed in our travels- fresh fruits, bacon, hashbrowns, soda and juice, etc, very comfortable bedding, enough outlets in convenient places, large awesome kitchen, very spacious room. Best layouts in a room I have ever seen!

The parking spot to door of our room is a 10 minute walk/elevator ride due to how the hotel's lobby is placed on one side of the building. The room lacked more dim light choices for evening. The room lacked luggage storage up high/drawers. There was only one really nice place and we had 5 people. At least 3 would be nice.There was a ton of space in the suite in general for the luggage but we had to put on the ground or kitchen cabinets, which takes away from the experience and could be easily remedied by the hotel. We were super annoyed by a flashing bright light that blinked all night long in the ceiling. The room wasn't clean - kitchen and shower especially. Every time you sat on the toilet the whole thing felt like it may break as it wasn't firmly attached to the floor.

The overall room was very nice and in a great location. The temperature in the room stayed cool, which was perfect. The breakfast bar had decent options. The shower was definitely one of the best things!

There were items in the dish washer that were still dirty, and the brush to clean dishes was full of hair. Our check in experience wasn't the greatest as we had to sit and wait for someone to return to the desk who wasn't the most pleasant.

What can I say?? I can say this.... My stay was exceptional! First off, this place is brand new, it is very nice inside and out. The grounds are beautiful and it is very close to great restaurants and stores. I wish I would have written the names of the front desk people I interacted with when I checked in and out... The gentleman when we checked in was very nice and respectful and did whatever he could to place us away from the visiting little league teams staying that night for a game the next day. It took a little longer then most to check in but the place and systems were brand new and everyone was still learning I bet... no big deal, everyone has to learn, right? When we got to the room, it was a site for sore eyes. Beautiful room. Kitchenette was a delightful addition. Full size refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker (great coffee too), microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, compact glass-top stove but with full size burners. The restroom was modern, nice shower, elongated toilet, and (this is a big deal to me) nice toilet paper (not the typical tissue paper you get in most places). The bed... the mattress was firm but a very soft pillowtop which was ok if you like that kind of thing, I like it a bit firmer. The pillows are the ONLY thing in the entire place that I could have changed. They were extremely soft. I am a big man, I need firmer pillows :) - Nice size TV with full cable channel setup including HBO and what I believe was Chromecast. We were able to stream from our mobile devices to the tv, no problem! WiFi was free and FAST! 90-100Mb/s download. The complementary breakfast was amazing. Blows any of the other 4-star hotels away. Scrambled eggs, sausage links, bacon, home fries, waffle and coffee station, lots of different breakfast breads. Best free breakfast I've had in a hotel in years.

The ONLY thing I can say that I didnt like would be the pillows. Bedding was fresh smelling, clean, but the pillows were way too soft for my liking. They smooshed down to almost being flat.

Everything was just a bit better and easier than expected from check-in and out, the room quality and cleanliness, the daily breakfast, the amenities, etc. All of the staff were far better than typical. I probably talked with 15 of them and they were all kind and friendly.

I did use the indoor pool with the kids for a winter swim and it may have been a few degrees cooler than I would have liked but was still a blast.

I liked everything. The room was aooo cute with a very nice kitchen, comfortable bed, comfortable couch, roomy bathroom, a lot of storage—overall a great room, lobby and indoor pool area.

The only complaint I have is that I could hear the other guests. I turned on a sound machine app on my phone and I was not bothered through the evening.

Modern, room size and layout, breakfast had every choice, large bath, free soap

train sounds, weird flashing light in bedroom, no soft lighting- harsh only, not enough storage for suitcase and items, parking lot too far to door and then if not at elevator a LONG walk to the room too based on room shape, not enough dishes- only 4 spoons, toilet wobbles

I looked hot clean the property was and how kind and helpful the staff was, no matter the time of day… as we did get in very late in the evening.

I wish that the beds had been more comfortable. They looked great, but unless you need a hard bed for your back, I was a bit disappointed not to have any plush feeling to the mattress at all.

great location, easy access to highways, great restaurants and shopping.

The televisions (two) in our suite did not work despite calling the desk multiple times. The bedroom was completely down, while the living room tv wouldn’t allow streaming. They did offer to move us rooms, but it wasn’t that necessary to have televisions. We just wanted to watch/stream to wind down from the day.

The facility was very, very clean and the rooms were very nice, fully stocked suites, the shower had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

For some reason, I had the hardest time sleeping. It was like I couldn't get comfortable. The bed felt more firm than soft and I'd get so hot under the heavy covers I'd throw them off and then I'd freeze.
