Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lexington Midtown - I-75, an IHG Hotel

I loved that it was nice and clean. This is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Staff was pretty friendly, courteous and professional. I thought that I'd booked a room with 2 beds so when I discovered that the room had a king bed and a sleeper sofa I called the front desk, then my son informed me that he was willing to sleep on the sofa bed. The bathroom was huge and I really enjoyed the bathtub in the bathroom. It was definitely a soaking tub. You definitely had to make sure that your feet were completely dry on the bottom because with the beautiful tiled floor it easily became slippery with wet feet. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

I thought I'd booked 2 beds but ended up with a king and a sleeper sofa. Bathroom floor was extremely slippery when the bottom of your feet were even the slightest bit wet.

Room was very clean and good location, close to good restaurants and shopping.

The receptionist who checked us in could have been friendlier. No eye contact at all when she asked if she could help me, was like I was interrupting her day, she got a little friendlier toward the end, done her job but nothing extra.

The front desk was professional friendly and great A gentleman and a woman on day shift the a kind gentleman on night shift all were great. We got married and the hotel was very much a pleasure.

Cost Alittle high

The beds were very nice. The room was big. The shower was huge!

The breakfast was mediocre at best. Fake scrambled eggs. Pancakes batter not good. Very flat pancakes. Biscuits and gravy ok, though.

The shower was perfect. The refrigerator worked very well. The blinds to the window do an excellent job keeping the light out. Fitness room was terrific.

The previous occupier set the alarm for 1 o'clock in the morning and woke me up. It's not anybody's fault at the hotel but it was the only thing that was negative.

All of it! my husband booked it for my daughter and me. I was able to easily use my credit card when I arrived. The room was wonderful, the breakfast was wonderful and the gentleman that check us out was very pleasant!

HOTEL AND ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND BEDS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. BREAKSFAST AREA WAS CLEAN AND FOOD WAS HOT AND FRESH. LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR GETTING TO I-75.

Friendly and clean

I asked for handicap I'm in a walker and had to walker to 2nd floor and all the way to the end of hall and the shower wasnt easy to get into should have a chair in there

The staff was exceptional, the location was great and the breakfast was good.

The room needs updating , the bed was good but the sofa and other furniture need to be replaced along with the carpet

Impeccably clean, very comfortable, great breakfast

Location was convenient to highway, but everything else in the area was a short drive. Certainly not a deal breaker.
