The lady up front I didn't catch her name but she was amazing. She's was very kind and courteous to me, my wife and my 11-month-old son. Because it was cold out we had to get my son dressed before we could go down and have breakfast and we were 7 minutes late. She went out of her way. Got the cereal and the milk. Some muffins out of the closet to make sure my family ate before we hit the road. For that I can't thank you enough. It's the little things like that. I mean the most to us when we're traveling.

There was nothing about this trip that I didn't like, crazy as it sounds. Every request was answered promptly, professionally and any concern or worry I had was knowledgeably answered. Awesome job Baymont by Wyndham Louisville East.

The customer service that is given by the mature white lady was PERFECT!!!!! And really made my 3 kids and I feel that "home away from home" feelin' and anytime there seemed to be an issue whether with the rooms or the breakfast or just my entire stay here she was attentive and down right a sweetheart.

The Arab men that work the front desk. Rude as hell. Always found a way whenever they would work whether together or separate, they always find themselves in disputes with guests. Whenever you ask one of them a question, in regards to the hotel, they had no information to give. They tried to refuse to give me my $40 refund because although they had a copy of the receipt and my driver license proving it was me, I never received my copy of the receipt. So they basically told me because I don't have my copy I can't have my $40 refund even if they do know its me. Them 2 men are not friendly or welcoming at all.

Punctual staff, big rooms, good price with a decent location. This is the hotel I always stay in if I can when I need a room in Louisville, would easily recommend.

I've stayed here multiple times when my boyfriend is in town. It is my go-to place. The only issues with the property are the *occasional* stain, and the fact that 2 of the 3 floors are outside access like a motel are apartment, and only 1 is inside like a hotel. The 3rd floor, with the inside rooms, is by far the nicest, but the others are not bad at all, especially for the price. Last issue is they do price gouge during holidays and events (Derby being the main one) but it's still usually one of the cheapest around because so does everyone else. I do not think the room would be worth it if the price went up outside of an event though.

We were happy with our room and the bed was so comfortable. The bed sheets looked a bit stained, although I could tell they were actually clean. But I over all the night stay was quite and comfortable. My bf and I want to say that we appreciate your service and are going to stay again another night tonight. Thanks!

The morning staff was very friendly they work with us on the deposit they were very helpful with the location was perfect the pool area was clean and it was quiet and except for a few people running down the hall this is the best Baymont in Louisville Kentucky I've stayed at the one in Brooks and they're a little shady and the one on Fern valley is running it's falling apart they don't do nothing to fix it you go into the rooms and it doesn't have all the amenities that it talks about phones don't work lights don't work beds are dirty it's just falling apart I wish somebody would do something about that but as far as this Baymont on off of hurstbourne it is great I would recommend staying there

The price of course was a little high but I guess you get what you pay for I wish that it was cheaper I wish they had rates that were lower on the weekends

I like that the lady at the desk was very accommodating and polite

I didn't like the maintenance guy coming to my door knocking saying he smelled smoke when me or my wife don't smoke. Trying to keep the $40 deposit seemed really petty and I did not like being woke up

How nice and smiling the desk workers are . And accommodating they have been wish every hotel I was ever at was more like these people here at the Baymont inn suites

The price the quality of the room I stay in was so up to date and clean very clean .

The front desk people were very pleasant & accommodating, putting my physically frail friends & l in a first floor room next to the lobby. The room itself was large, clean & had the basic amenities we needed--frig, microwave, hair dryer, even iron & ironing board! The room even smelled clean! We appreciated the walk in shower, too. The staff gave us paper plates so we could make our own breakfast, too.

For the price, we didn't have a sack breakfast even though the hotel description promised an included continental breakfast. Also the beds could use new mattress or mattress toppers. Still, we understand about covid restrictions affecting hotel services, so overall, we had a good stay!

Clean comfortable and convenient location

Breakfast , not organized, some day toaster missing next day no toast . Laundry room out of service .

The price was great, the room was big, everything worked. It was busy but rather quiet.

Parking lot had a lot of trash, my door was missing the latch lock for extra security.
