Fairfield Inn & Suites Louisville East

Breakfast was fancier than usual! The eggs were seasoned and the potatoes,really made the breakfast stand out as opposed to muffin brand,waffles or just scrambled eggs. Your front desk employee was amazing,he so helpful! Your evening staff is the best by far I've ever seen! Loved the single served meals in fridge as option, especially when I arrived late checking in and was needing to eat. The lasagna suggested was right on the money! It was really good. I told my husband we are staying there round trip every time we go through which is twice a year at least! Will highly recommend!

Honestly absolutely nothing! Oh bonus...coffee was available fresh even at 8:30 pm which is around time I checked in finally!

The room was excellent and perfect for our family of 3. Daughter slept on the sofa sleeper and we got the king all to ourselves.

The gentleman checking us in gave us a room that had not been cleaned (towels on floor, trash in bathroom, bed not made, TV on) then gave us another room, before leaving the front desk I verified he was giving us the king bed with sleeper sofa like my reservation was for, he then gave us a room that my reservation was for. So 3 times a charm. It just was an odd experience. We checked in about 7pm.

All the staff we encountered were very friendly, courteous and professional!! This is what we expect and they certainly delivered!

We noticed nothing that was out of line for our stay. It was very clean and breakfast staff was very attentive. Found the mattress very comfortable but the pillows were not to our liking (but not a big deal).

Our last two hotel stays(at other hotels) have been horrible so we were a little apprehensive,however,this hotel was AMAZING! Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping were so nice and informative. The room was SO CLEAN! The towels were thick and looked new.You have to make a reservation for the pool,we were unsure of this at first,BUT we ended up LOVING it! You get 45 minutes in the pool all to yourself!! My son is 5 and had a blast,he loved the fact that it was only us.This hotel will be our go to hotel when we come to Louisville!

The only thing is the bathroom floor was incredibly SLICK..my son fell.We had to keep towels on the floor to keep from slipping.

Wet friendly staff. Nice spacious suite. Liked the idea when the TV was on, it greeted you with your name!

Breakfast was disappointing- limited choices and turkey only provided. Orange juice had pulp (los of pulp) like the concentrate wasn’t mixed well enough

The room layout, the breakfast, accessibility to Louisville and the interstate. The general feel of the property and the amenities were a good value for the money.

The bathroom fan was not working. Also would have been nice to have a bit larger freezer compartment in the refrigerator to refreeze our reusable cooler ice pack.

Hotel service, breakfast, amenities were all great!

We were in room 406, the bed closest to the window has a bad sink in the mattress, so it made sleeping with my daughter more challenging but at least she enjoyed sleeping- basically on top of- her mommy :).

Everyone was exceptionally polite. My family thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast everyday. The area is very quiet and lots of great places to eat for supper very near.
