Embassy Suites by Hilton Louisville East

I loved the free breakfast. There were a variety of things as well as made to order omelettes. They have a managers reception every evening where you get free drinks from the bar as long as you show your room key. It was a lovely hotel especially for the price

The pull out sofa was raggedy and very dirty. Stains on it and very hard to pull out. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The water got hot but it came out terribly. Minor issues with the toilet but they came and fixed it right away

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly, and helpful! We enjoyed the couple of free drinks at the bar each evening after stressful days at the hospital, and we also were very happy for the food to purchase for dinner and the free breakfast. They also are very accommodating to children. As it was not really a pleasure trip, we still had a great stay. Would stay again, hopefully for a vacation next time. Our room wasn't fancy and could have used an update but it was comfortable and roomy enough. Also room and neighbor were very quiet which we enjoyed.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. As stated earlier, the furniture (sofa and chair) and carpet could have used an update.

The lobby and entrance area were nicely decorated. This Embassy Suite had an adequate breakfast. They were still using COVID practices with paper and plastic dishes and utensils, as well as to-go containers The chef on duty was kind, funny, and not at all flustered by the large number of guests seeking egg/ omelet orders. They also had a much wider variety of fruit than the downtown Buffalo location. However, they lacked staff in the serving area, did not have a waffle station, and had a broken juice machine.

My daughters were sad there was no waffle station at breakfast like the downtown Buffalo location. The sofa bed had stains on the cushions & the pull-out bed was not as comfortable as the one at the Embassy Suites in Buffalo. The bedding was somewhat heavy and a bit stiff.

Breakfast was out of side and much needed after a long trip in the night before. It was also very nice to have a sweet so that we could go back to our room to eat and not have to be rushed to check out at 11:00 as check out is it noon.

The night that we ended up going ended up being a night where there were a lot of children in the hotel. They were actually completely booked up and the children led to a lot of noise, and messes throughout the facilities, but the staff was extremely helpful and they did clean it up fairly quickly. I'm sure the place is normally very clean otherwise

It was out from the city and heavy traffic so it was very quiet but close enough to restaurants. Would stay again.

I wanted to have my stay put on my membership and asked the desk to look up my number. She couldn't find it under my phone number. I got on line and found it. When I went back and gave it to her she found I had given her the correct phone number but didn't give her 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx.

First class breakfast was amazing! Rooms were nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable!

The elevator wait was a little ridiculous at times due to all the young children (guests) playing on them. The bar was kind of expensive (but great service!) And a dirty pair of underwear were found while looking around to make sure we had packed everything back up.

I love the staff, they are so friendly and helpful, and professional. I was there for a Birthday Graduation get together for my son and I ended up locked out of the rooms I had and they helped me without any hesitation. I would have been frustrated. Also the guest were really happy with the accommodations and amenities.

The gym could’ve used some cleaning. Or some wipes or something to clean machines down after use. There were dust webs all over the walls

Breakfast was fantastic, with one exception. The very flimsy plastic utensils were diff to eat with. Also, total bonus that there was a nice heavy door separating the two living spaces, my husband snores so he comfortably slept on the couch and I never heard him!

Bar on site was amazing! Continental breakfast had excellent variety. Rooms were very spacious.

The elevator took upwards of 5-10 minutes to get to you most times due to kids playing in them. And I found a pair of dirty underwear under the headboard of my bed while looking for something I'd dropped. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The breakfast was by far the best included breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. Omelet station was on point! Plenty of selection of grab and go, plus hot breakfast items. Everything was clean and appetizing.

It's not an exciting location in a corporate park. But we just needed an affordable spot to stop on a cross country trip, so it was fine. The deal clerk gave a great recommendation for a dinner spot so it all worked out very well.
