Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Louisville Northeast

This hotel is tucked away behind a modern shopping area and is close to interstates links and high end shopping on the outskirts of Louisville. The city of Louisville is a short hop and drive. The hotel is quiet, modern, clean and very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Good pillows are hard to find! The staff were efficient and friendly and got me checked in quickly. There's plenty of uncovered parking right at the front door. The common area facilities were modern and conducive to hanging out and meeting friends. A really nice place at a good price point compared to others in the area.

Nothing. Unless maybe a bigger awning at the front door to drive under if it rains for unloading upon arrival.

We got in really late after driving all day from Texas. We were exhausted and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind and friendly; it was really nice to encounter someone who genuinely seemed so pleasant and welcoming. Truly every single staff person we interacted with had great customer service, which is rare to find these days! The room was comfortable and the entire hotel was clean and very new looking. Breakfast was a really nice experience as well, lots of options and the man working at that time made sure everything stayed stocked up. Location of the hotel is great - within a couple minutes drive you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very friendly, which made stay quite pleasant. Room was updated and had walk in shower. Hotel was beautiful and looked very recently updated or was new. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Good location as there are restaurants very close by.

It was a little pricey for a one night stay, but it is a very nice hotel with lots of restaurants close by. Breakfast was over by 9:am which was a bit early in my opinion, especially because you couldn't even get coffee after 9:am. Small issue, overvall very great place to stay.

friendly staff and very clean rooms

Housekeeping constantly knocking on your door even though it wasn’t time to check out. Then 5 minutes til check out time they were standing outside the door waiting and knocked again. We ended up extending our stay that’s very inconvenient if you are sleeping or working. We wasn’t even passed our check out time they should be respected of the guest and give us some privacy to enjoy our stay.

Comfortable and peaceful.

The fact that my reservation was canceled without any knowledge. No Information given to me prior to my showing up!! Was extremely surprising, being that I had just checked to be sure I had one! The male at the desk was rude and was unfriendly! Not willing to assist or attempt to. I was charged an outrageous amount for 1 room, 1 night. And was treated like I was a piece of dirt on his shoe. !!

The facility was clean in appearance and had a nice, modern feel. The lobby provided a nice backdrop for my daughter and her friends' photos. The rooms were attractive and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good, with quite a few options provided.

The air conditioning unit in our room was quite noisy. When it kicked on, it would start out normal and then get louder. It made it difficult for my husband to sleep during our stay. Also, there could be better signage for which levels have ice machines.

Centrally located Rooms are Clean, comfortable, secure, and modern. The Fitness room and pool are clean and easily accessible. Coffee and Breakfast is ready every morning. I leave to early to enjoy😌 Staff is professional, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to assist you. Price ranges are on point, actually, better for the quality of this Inn. Very pleased and feel safe with all aspects of my stay. Greatly appreciated and DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

There is not anything that I found with this property I did not like.

The highlights are the high quality bed &, modern room decor. Housekeeping prompt when needed. Most of the doors are somewhat soundproofed from slamming compared to most hotels. The pool looked inviting.

Breakfast was basic; coffee delicious, n ot a grand buffet. Sparse display. No scenic views and very hard to find hotel from main road, entry sign easily missed. Even the road into parking lot meanders every which way like a maze.

The location is great; it is close to dining and shopping. There was ample parking, and the lot was well lit and safe. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean overall. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet, which allowed for a good night's rest. Would definitely stay again!

I would have liked to see longer breakfast hours and better breakfast options. With that, it was still a pleasant experience, and I'd definitely stay again and recommend!

this property is amazing and please do not let the pictures fool you because it is remarkable! the staff their one to remember, they are dedicated to their guests and I love every part of staying here. they greet you and make sure everything is in tip top shape. its clean and the area is around lots of food choices and I love how they let you use your phone as the remote.
