We loved the following: -Location -size of our room -comfort of our bed -cleanliness of our room -

I had booked a room that was handicap accessible because my husband has terrible knees. When we got to our room, we found that we did not receive a handicap accessible room. I called the front desk who apologized but said no handicap rooms were available. They stated they would contact management the next morning and get back to us, however, no one contacted us. While we did end up staying, management should follow through and contact individuals who have issues with bookings.

No chest of drawers to unpack. Air was hard to regulate.

Nice hotel. Two elevators - important for seniors who have great difficulty walking stairs when one is not working. Comfortable room. Nice public spaces.

Ice machine on second floor was not working when we arrived, and was still not working on the fourth day (after three nights) when we checked out. Different employees gave different reasons. Management should get it fixed ASAP. The included breakfast ended at 9 am. Since many hotels provide the food until 10 am, I rate them down because of this. Re the three tubes of shower gel, soap and shampoo in the shower, two tubes were empty for our entire stay. I view this to be a lack of respect for the hotel’s guests.

I liked how close it was to activitiesyou were not in the hustle and bustle of the city. The front desk lady wish I got her name, was so sweet. I liked that the sink was separated from the bathroom, instead of in with the shower. Makes getting a group of people ready in the morning easier. It was also nice when we returned from out night event at the zoo , that in order to get in the hotel that late you must have a room key , loved that safety feature.

The parking was a real situation when we returned from our night activity at the zoo! There was no where left to park. We had to park in a business parking lot, thank goodness it was Sunday the next day. When I mentioned it to the front desk they told me they had a lot of teams staying there with max guests in each room. I said where would we have parked if those places would be open the next day, he responded I actually dont know . Did not like that the ice machine on our floor was broken, and only a few floors had working machines.

The room was just what we needed and the staff were very nice, as well as informative on restaurants in the area. Clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was a bit lacking. There was a large crowd and I believe the kitchen staff was not used to the continued preparing and keeping up with demands. It seemed she had a couple people distracting her as well. I don't like to complain. It may have just been an off day.

The hotel was awesome, the bed was comfy, the room was spacious! The staff were super friendly and the lady helping with breakfast made sure to say good morning to everyone and made sure we were all fed and happy. The gentlemen at the desk were very helpful and also gave a recommendation for a great pizza place nearby. We didn't want to leave!!

Our stay was wonderful it was beautiful breakfast was delicious and the pool was great, the hot chocolate bar and snacks were a nice Suprise, and the staff were so helpful

we were charged a deposit per day because we used our debit card that being said we checked in on Dec16th 2022 and it is now Dec 27th 2022 and it has not been returned to our account

face clothes were dirty toilet made a LOUD WEIRD sound every time we flushed the toilet! it was so loud that the gentleman staying in the room next to us knocked on our door at 8am to ask us if we was using some loud machine in our room!!! my husband told him it is the toilet every time we flush it!

The room was spacious. Loved having the little kitchenette. The lobby seating was spacious & comfortable. We traveled with a group somit was nice to be able to hang out there.

The hallway noise carried into the room. There were gaps on the door & there wasn't much sound proofing. The ice machine on our floor was not working.

The young gentleman who checked us in to the hotel was very polite and helpful. Was very impressed that after about an hour rang to make sure our room was ok.

The carpet and some minor cleaning needs to be looked at. The pillows need to be changed,very squishy and old.
