The Fairfield was a very nice example of it’s brand. Because it’s a new building, there were a couple of surprises. The bathroom sink faucet was too far from the basin, which caused water, if set on a low flow rate, to pour out onto the counter. In like manner, the shower door didn’t seal, which allowed water to pool on on the floor. Fortunately, I noticed the puddle, in time to throw a towel over it, before I stepped in the puddle and slipped.
The construction quality was lower than I would have expected, were it my building.

Quite nice hotel! My wife and I had a lovely stay while visiting Louisville. Breakfast was good and the location was safe and quiet.
Even though we were able to use the Wi-Fi on our phones, we couldn't use it on the TV. We called reception a couple of times and they said they didn't know how to fix it.

it was very clean and well kept! amazing staff. I haven’t stayed in a more spacious and clean Fairfield inn. I hope they maintain this standard. love the bathroom with the standing shower the toiletries provided were good quality
the room we stayed in had a faulty bathroom door and it didn’t close. lighting was less for such a big room

Exceptionally clean, and staff very friendly and helpful. When they saw my husband had a cane, they moved him to handicap room on first floor.
Though we had a conf # to show them, they had no record of our reservation! Fortunately they had another room available that nite.

The best pet friendly hotel ever! Lovely outdoor spaces, nice big carpeted rooms with plenty of space for a pet! I have a large German Shepherd Akita & he did great!

how clean and new it was. the interior decor. the breakfast.
the pool wasn’t open. staff were not answering calls and no one was at front desk when we tried to check out. there was a long line behind us and we waited a long time before we just walked out.

Breakfast was good, nice selection. Good coffee. Our check-in clerk (sorry,didn't get his name) was very friendly and made an excellent recommendation for dinner. We were very pleased with our stay.
