Hilton Garden Inn Louisville-Northeast

Very pretty and nice. Front desk and staff very friendly. Breakfast was really nice as well.

Noticed dirty wash cloth behind waste basket and toilet didn't seem as though it was cleaned. Not enough towels either. Tissues also thrown behind tissue box. Room itself very quality like. Would like to have had separate personal small size shampoo/conditioner. Also personal small bar soap would have been nice. Don't trust others from opening bottles in shower..

Pretty much easy to get to yet a few twisty Turny roads to get there. The manager at the counter was helpful and courteous.

Well, we got there a little late had the handicapped room. Unfortunately, we were so exhausted we couldn’t complain about that unusual odor in the room. The manager today ask us when we were walking down the hall. How was everything? I didn’t have the heart or the energy to say the room had a funky smell.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the coffee was yummy! The only thing I would change is maybe cleaner comforters. I noticed the comforter on my bed was quite dirty and I found two tiny bugs on it - not the end of the world, so I didn't make a big deal about it. Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, and great location! Tony and Tara who work at the front desk were so kind and really made me feel at home. They were so helpful and so friendly. Great hotel! I will definitely be staying here again. :)

We loved the location! Tons of things to do within walking distance or at 15 mins from the hotel. The staff was great, very pleasant. Room was very clean!

I wish the pool area had a jacuzzi or hot tub.

It was a great location for the activities we were doing over the weekend. It was an upscale area of Louisville.

In the main lobby there was construction going on.

The staff at the hotel is phenomenal— very nice and friendly.

Some of the room facilities were not clean- the Kuerig machine in the room was filthy— could not use at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED! The bathtub- shower was not very clean either.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! They allowed me to check in early with no additional cost. The room was clean and comfortable!

I really enjoyed my stay, the room was clean and comfortable! The only reason I wasn't completely satisfied with the value of the room is because after booking my room, I did find a similar room at another hotel that included a jacuzzi tub that was a little bit cheaper. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay!

The Manager of this hotel was so kind and understanding when I explained that I need a walk in Tub for my husband. He was the most involved manage I have ever encounter. Thank YOU

The lady and man working there were extremely accommodating and great cooks. Location was great!
