Staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. Room was spacious, and very clean! (I'm a picky person when it comes to hotels, and I had no issues with the cleanliness of this one whatsoever! Bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! I saw some of the reviews for this hotel were expressing concerns about the location. I didn't get that, at all. It is behind a little strip mall, but I didn't feel unsafe at all, the location seemed fine! Plus there were some restaurants in the little strip mall, so that was super convenient! All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again next time we're in the area!

Did not like the coffee pot in the room. It was a tiny thing that used a special holder, and you have to use the coffee pod supplied by the hotel (only one pod provided). My husband wanted to watch the basketball tournament, but the TV only had basic internet which did not cover the tournament. These may sound like minor issues to some, and you do get what you pay for.

The room was immaculate! The bathroom was sparkling and could have taken a tub bath if I had been inclined. Normally, I'm leary of walking in my bare feet in a hotel. This one exceeded my expectations. I norms stay in Marriots, but they were all booked for the weekend.

Had to travel for my aunt's surgery. Room was clean and quiet, plenty of parking and conveniently located right off the Watterson and only 3 exits from the hospital. Hot water and good water pressure. Staff was friendly. For a low cost hotel just a safe place to rest for a night or 2, it was all I needed and met my needs completely.

Our room was spacious, very nice and very clean upon arrival. It had a fridge. Microwave, safe and coffee pot. The staff at the office were beyond nice and the room was way above what I expected when we pulled in

This is a 4 star hotel sadly located in a 1 star area no fault of the hotel . I do highly recommend if you need a night or 2 for Kentucky kingdom our room was awesome its just in a crappy part of town

Friendly staff, and easy check in. Very nice clean rooms! Its an older place, but you can tell its very well maintained. Easy Uber ride to all the great stuff downtown. Close to a little corner store for snacks. Good value too, so we will definitely stay again

The area was a tad sketchy and its right near some massage parlors, so we were a bit worried at first..but the hotel itself was great so that didn't really end up mattering so much.

Our stay was just a overnight stay to get sleep and a shower during a road trip from Ma. We arrived pretty late (11pm) and the office was still open to check in. Its a budget hotel but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We opted for a room with a mini fridge but didn't end up needing/using it. We checked out by 9am, so we didn't spend much time in the room. There is a gas station with convenience store that can be walked to for snacks or whatever.

the bathroom is claustrophobically small, the counter and large mirror is outside the bathroom. The area surrounding the motel isn't that great.

There was no breakfast and we had to beg to get coffee available before 8 AM.

The neighborhood is very sketchy. No good options for eating if you didn't have a car. Even the Waffle House nearby was bad condition.

Very clean and appealing. I was working nights and housekeeping came late so I wouldn’t be disturbed. The housekeeper cleaned my room very well and I’m a clean freak so I loved it. My room actually looked like the pictures and it didn’t smell like smoke. The staff was really knowledgeable and nice.

I would have rated this property a 10 but it was set back away from the road behind a strip mall and at first glance was a Little sketchy but once we arrived at the property we noticed everything was well maintained. This put us at ease
