The staff! They were very nice and helpful. I originally booked and paid for 2 nights. After the first night I went to the front desk to see if I would be able to cancel the second night due to unexpected change of plans and they told me to come back at 11 o clock checkout. I went back at 11 and the lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Hema Patel, checked me out with no questions asked. I was a little worried about a cancelation fee or still having to pay for the second night but I was able to get my money back for the second night and no fee was charged for canceling. The location was perfect and great price too at least compared to other hotels I looked at around there.

The fridge in the room grossed me out a little with how dirty it was but that's just a little thing that's no big deal and I can overlook since I didnt really need to use it. Overall it was a great stay and worked for what I needed which was just a place to sleep.

The beds were extremely comfortable.. Staff was very friendly on all shifts...

Rooms were a little bit smaller than expected...but the comfort and experience made up for it....

The ladies at the front desk were so helpful. I did not have a phone charger and she let me use hers until I got one. The lady in the morning helped me out with transportation to the airport.

For some reason couldn't get any food delivered.

Close to the event. Staff was super helpful after Booking.Com cancel the day of my arrival with an email notification but no explanation. 🤬

A little tired

It has been recently renovated, and is affordable, and in a good location close to the airport, and the expo center.

The doors were loud, and the stairway carpet is a little smelly, but otherwise it was all right

It looked like some of the repairs or updates to the room were done with poor quality. Excess paint on fixtures, grout not done properly., etc

All went well. This hotel is very comfortable with all the amenities one needs and a terrific staff. I am very pleased with my selection.

We booked a no smoking room. We went to room, it was smoke filled, we went to front desk, said something to lady & she switched our room immediately. She even checked our current room to be sure it was clean.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was super sweet!

Breakfast could be more and parking was not good but everything else was great!
