Accomidations were adequate and so was the food.

I was not impressed with how understaffed they were for checkout in the morning hours. I was not given my meal tickets for the morning and was treated separately/ shamefully the first day at the restaurant for having my meal already paid for. The restaurant was even understaffed the night before. So highly dissapointed in this... also, I had a man trying not to wait his turn and I had to be a little rude to get my turn with the front desk due to only one lady working and that is hard on anyone with the volume of guests you have coming through. I do not know if we will be back!

They are about to start remodeling the rooms but even the older style is super pretty and well kept! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future!

The only thing I could possibly complain about is the out dated rooms (which to me were very timeless and felt very nice) but I know most people like the new modern look. Even with that they are starting their remodel and by the looks of their project plans it’s going to look amazing!

Very fancy and pretty, they even fold the toilet paper! The staff was also very nice on check in and check out. The bed itself was also quite comfortable. Also had plenty of bed and room space to move around.

The bathrooms only have face soap and lotion, so if you plan on washing your hands, you might want to bring your own. Also, the blankets directly under the top ones are a little uncomfortable, as they have indentations in them and are quite hard.

Athough they were slammed with an event, they allowed us to be seated in an area that was very inconvenient for them, so we could enjoy the sunset. (Blue Horse staff)

It was outdated, the stools in the lounge were old and you sank into the wood frames and were very uncomfortable. there was an ongoing video saying they were going to address that and upgrade, but you never know how long those things take .

I had a room directly next to the elevator. I was a little leery at first that I would hear it going off everytime but the room was very quiet. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful.

I booked through a third party and put my last name as my first name. The lady at the front desk was very dismissive at first because she couldn't find my reservation. She told me I need to contact the 3rd party booking. I made sure to call ahead so I knew I was in the system so I held my ground and waited for her to find it.

A very positive experience from start to finish, from check in to check out. My husband and I were at this hotel for Wonderfest 2022 and everything was up to our expectations. The room was huge and very comfy.

The restaurant downstairs was overpriced and the food was sub par. Out buns fell apart on the hamburger and the grilled chicken sandwich and the food was very salty, so from the first hungry onwards we ate off the property. The staff was very slow as well.The breakfast buffet was ok, limited selection but the staff was friendly. Overall ok got the dining. The AC was also spotty in places through the lobby, so some places were very hot.

The front desk staff were very helpful. It's in a great location. The bed in the room was very comfortable and the room was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is under renovations, but you don't notice it too much. There wasn't much about the hotel that I didn't like. I have stayed a several different hotels in this area, but I keep going back to this one for good reason.

Not far from arena, walkable if weather is okay and you have comfy shoes otherwise getting a taxi from area to here is near impossible. Clean and spacious room

The type of room we booked was unavailable despite arriving well after checkin time. The buffet breakfast was also not available and instead had to choose one entrée from the on-site restaurant

The suite room was changed to a smaller one because of remodeling and Booking.com sold us a wrong room. But we got a discount, and they provided a roller bed in stead of sofa bed. We felt good to their all other services.

Pool wasn’t available because of remodeling. 2 of 4 ice makers were broken on 1,2,and 3rd floors.

The hotel was gorgeous! Location was great and easy to locate.

The cleaning staff might need to be trained again. There were cobwebs on the walls and smears on the wall and door. The person who checked us in did not mention anything about the free breakfast included with our stay - per the site, it was $18/person. We didn’t even know until after we left!
