Courtyard Louisville Airport

We were stranded at the airport at 1 am due to storms and two other passengers recommended your hotel. The shuttle delivered us, your staff welcomed us warmly, and the beds were comfortable at 2:20 am. The shuttle took us to Cracker Barrel for lunch, we rested well throughout the day, dinner at the lobby bar was delicious, and the shuttle driver who took us back to the airport at 3:30 am the following morning was pleasant and helpful!

There were no washcloths in the room when we arrived, but the front desk staff was happy to help us with that minor inconvenience.

it was clean and comfortable staff was amazing shout out to the cleaning crew they are hard working and keep the hotel fresh and clean.

no vending machines and a bottle of water/pop is 4.25 and the little bistro stops serving food at 10 am making it hard for my kids to get moving early enough to get breakfast and there are zero options besides the little market I mentioned earlier so candy for breakfast? I’m not complaining I make it in plenty of time I’m an early riser but the rest of my crew went hungry until we got into the festival because if you leave you will definitely loose your parking place they didn’t have enough for the guests.

I didn't like how the shampoo and body wash were on the wall , I hit my elbow off the top of the shampoo and cut my arm..if it were in the back of the shower that might be better placement for it.

The 24 hour shuttle. The outside lounge area just outside the pool. Cleanliness of the entire hotel.

There was ice/lemon water available 24 hours in the lobby area...it would have been nice to also have tea and coffee there. Especially since the restaurant only had limited hours and wasn't open at all in the evening.. There was no safe in the room. Missed the complimentary breakfast that many other hotels in the area offer.

The Staff was amazing. Every single employee we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. From the Afternoon and night team. To the morning crew the next day.

We were staying for a concert that was close by. But this was way over priced for what your getting. Hotel needs to be updated or prices lowered. The great staff makes up for the building.

Very clean, and staff was excellent. We came to louisville to go to KY Kingdom amusement park. The hotel is located directly behind the park and you could see all the rides and attractions. I have a special needs son who wanted to see the park from our hotel room. The nice ladies at the desk were very helpful and found us a room on the top floor over looking the park. My son was in 7th Heaven!!!

The pool area was closed due to Covid restrictions at the time of our stay, however we completely understood

The breakfast that is included when you book online is wonderful. Not your typical complementary breakfast. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean.

We were not made aware of the hotel renovations on the outside when we booked, but the hotel did well to keep the area clean.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Everyone that worked there was really nicie

The pool area is super small. We were told on booking.com that breakfast was free. Breakfast was not free and it was a little starbucks/cafe.

The prices in the Bistro were very costly! I paid $6.00 for a 10oz size of coconut water! And the meal that I ordered did not come with condiments although the server said that my utensils were with my purchase.
