Received a text message from staff asking if I had any Q or concerns, responded that we’d be arriving well after midnight, and it was annotated. also received a text when our room was ready for check in. -Staff was great. -Everything was very clean. -Good, Hot breakfast.

only 2 things, which one was our fault: 1. we left the room for 4-5 hours and left the AC set to Cool, On (not auto), and when we returned the room was very cold, but damp. this was our fault. 2. can’t believe I’d ever write this for a hotel, but the water in shower was VERY HOT!! barely halfway to hot and it could burn you…. normally not something to mention, but I’d you have younger ones that can shower on their own, be aware.

it is very clean, breakfast is good, and the staff are all very friendly.

the only negative about this place (and we’ve stayed here multiple times) is the humidity that gets trapped in the rooms—especially in bottom floor. This occurs when it is really hot outside and the AC is on below about 72 degrees. it makes the room “wet” where the carpet and the sheets become damp. once we talked to the staff about it and they recommended keeping AC above 70-72, the trapped humidity subsided.

Nice variety of cold and warm foods. Fresh fruit was a great surprise! Friendly staff.

We searched for a property that welcomed pets as I was returning my daughters to college with their emotional support animals. I was not told until I was checking in that there was an additional $30 fee to an already expensive fee. It was too late to make other plans.

The king room was a good size, bed and pillows were comfortable. Mini fridge was a good size as well. Staff was generally pleasant, especially an older woman that did breakfast.

Air conditioner unit was pretty moldy and very dusty, very easily visible just looking at it. I’m sensitive to mold and get sick if I’m around it for long periods (along with most others also), so I honestly cleaned it myself rather than having someone come up at 10pm when I checked in and we wanted to rest after a long trip in the car. The AC unit in the breakfast area was also this way. I get these units are much more sensitive mold with the condensation but definitely something that can be an easy turn off during a stay.

The lady that did the breakfast ( I didn't get her name) was so friendly and I guess there were a lot of people that we're regular at breakfast because she went around and was asking them about their families and was kind to everyone. She said she had been doing her job there for several years

I absolutely loved the staff, the food, the rooms and the pool. And to be honest your housekeeping staff were totally amazing and probably my favorite out of the whole day.. They were super friendly friendly and Extremely efficient.

The only reason I did not give you a 10 and a totally satisfied on all of them was because I Got bit by a bug twice, In the room.

The accommodations were good, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The trash and towels were not taken the first day and we had to get our towels from the front desk as they were not replentshed, and we didn't have enough for all of us to start with.

The front desk clerk at check in was absolutely amazing. I was in town for my Father's Funeral and was exhausted and she went above and beyond to make my check in easy as possible. Very kind and great customer service. Truly appreciated it.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable.

The breakfast we very nice and the lady working the kitchen was very friendly and accommodating. Our beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

I can’t think of anything that would need to be changed at this moment.

The hotel and room was clean. It was quiet and the staff we did interact with were friendly and polite. Conveniently located next to a few good restaurants and gas stations so we didn't have to go far to find a good meal. Would definitely stay here again.
