I love the rowan county area! I'm a former resident and still have family there.

The only suggestions I have would be please somehow change the inside door handles somehow so smart dogs like my son's bloodhound Fred doesn't get out when we left. It doesn't take much for a smart animal to open those doors. Luckily the lady in room 111 saw him and took him in till my daughter found him. Also the shower curtain rod in room 103 is about to fall its so loose. Other than these 2 things we loved the room and will stay again!!!

Excellent value and we were very surprised and impressed with the cleanliness. Free breakfast was nice, despite limited options- this place was cheap and very cheerful. Would stay again!

It was a clean room staff was friendly and it was quiet.

Advertised breakfast but only had powdered donuts and coffee no juice or waffles or cereal. They could of at least had cereal.

The bed was fantastic,very soft and comfortable,with great linens. Clean room that smelled freshly aired and cleaned. It was also very quiet and peaceful no noise and all guest and staff were friendly and respectful.

The lack of towels and sample bottles of shampoo and conditioner as well as the small lotion samples. There was one conditioner and two bottles of lotion. No lotion n what there was is barely enough for one person for one shower. Pillows were not the best and left me wishing I had brought a few of my own.

Located right off interstate. Safe location.

Breakfast.. it was toast muffins donuts and yogurt...we also saw 1 roache in jacuzzi room.

Nice and clean!! Comfortable beds!! Hot shower with great water pressure. Even got to dry our clothes in the nice commercial dryer

So we knew we wouldn’t be in the hotel long (even though we stayed 2 nights). There wasn’t much to choose from. The staff was awesome. Very friendly and very helpful. Room was clean. The sheets were stained, and had burn holes in them. And it really needs updates. It’s like the lights had to warm up so you could even see in the room it was odd. Other than the update it was good

No outlets to charge phones, lights were so dem. Just the overall out dates look.

My booking had not come thru and the clerk on duty gave me a better rate and canceled the other when it f9nally came thru
