Mostly positive experience. Friendly staff, very clean rooms, nice room size. I have never stayed in a Hampton due to my pet allergy. The rooms were very clean and you would never know there weee pets in the rooms. The parking was a bit difficult. My husband has a large truck and there weren’t spot available which was frustrating but the staff quickly accommodated and allow him to park near the entrance. The other negative for us was the bed was very hard. Overall good experience will stay again.

Everything including the room was clean. Bed was comfy. Pillow are big though! Luckily we packed our own pillows! Breakfast was included but we aren’t breakfast eaters! Coffee wasn’t all that great! I was hoping for French vanilla creamer and none! That is usually my hotel treat! Parking was easy and safe. We had no problems! Prefect spot to stay to pick up our child from GSP at Morehead!

The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Everything was clean, and the location was excellent. There is a restaurant in the same parking lot that we were able to walk to.
The beds were a little uncomfortable, so that was disappointing. Also, the bathroom door took some effort to lock.

Everything was clean inside and out! The staff was courteous and professional and check in took about one minute. Linens were excellent. Room was very clean,
Staff were not wearing masks, not even the breakfast attendant. I found this upsetting in this time of a high virus area. It was stressed in all the literature we received that masks were mandatory. I only saw one desk attendant wearing a mask, and that was at checkout.

Fitness area was closed and looked like it was going to be out of order for a while.

We were visiting family so we didn't get in till about 10:00 p.m The gentleman at the front desk named Eli was so helpful and kind. He made our stay Pleasant right off. It was so nice to walk in and be treated with so much respect. Also housekeeping had our room immaculate. As soon as you walk in you could smell the cleanness of the room. My family and I were very pleased with this motels! I would recommend it !!!!!
