It's always clean and very comfortable. Staff is friendly

This only happened once. But the morning I was to check out, at around 9am housekeeping tried to come into my room. I still had the door locked and was getting my things together. I had the safety lock out which was what prevented them from entering my room. I had to get dressed to let them know I was still in there (which they should of figured with the safety latch on) and would be leaving shortly. That was rather bizarre. But besides that, my stays have always been great.

The suite was very nice. Everything was clean. Breakfast was better the second day we were there then the first. First day things were over cooked.

We were by the ice machine and vending, but we had asked for an end room thinking it would be more quiet. We didn't think the vending and ice would be there. First night there was a Thur. and noisy, but we came back on Sunday night and not so much noise. There was a lot of arguing in the hallway on Thur. which the desk said they were aware of, but had done nothing about.

The room was comfortable and clean. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast should stay up at least until 10am. We enjoy sleeping in on vacation a little bit since we don’t get to do that often, bit in doing that we had to skip the breakfast.

Location was right off the interstate, so very convenient. Room was clean and bathroom large. Pet friendly and comfortable beds. Would recommend to friends and family.

Awakened several times in middle of night by other guests entering and leaving rooms nearby and noise coming from the rooms. Having a guide on the TV would help find what was on TV.

The breakfast was great! The hot breakfast was a nice treat in the morning. There was something there for both my kids. The coffee was very good as well as a nice selection of juices. The king size bed and pillows were comfortable. The pull out couch was fine for our 14 year old. We would stay here again.

The sweet rolls went right away so my kids didn’t get one. Not really anything to complain about. 😀

Everyone was really nice and the Hotel was very clean. A great price for 5 people to stay in one room and have plenty of space.

Our Tv remote wouldn't work and the air conditioning was leaking water and was told as soon as we got there but No one came to check. So by next morning floor was soaked and left a oder in room.

The room was nice and clean. The beds weren't very comfortable. At breakfast cranberry juice was the only one that worked.

You felt like you were going to roll off the bed. The remote didn't work the TV. I had to go to the desk to get a different one.

Always love to stay here when space is available.

Only 1 waffle maker in the morning breakfast is a little ruff many people waiting. There was questionable spots on the bed sheets.

It was close to my daughter and son in law’s house on Fort Campbell. Convenience store and McDonald’s in walking distance. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good value for your dollar!

People were friendly and the room was clean. The bed was a little soft but I did sleep well after driving from SW Florida in one day. It was also very quiet on this Thursday night stay.
