The staff, location and the rooms were nice. The bed and pillows were amazing the bathtub was newly glazed and the rooms were very clean
Didn’t have anything negative to say. Only reason I don’t recommend for romance is because it’s not extra fancy it’s comfortable and affordable

The breakfast was tasty.
The seat on the toilet bowl was a little loose. We had to sit carefully, but were not injured. I was going to tell the front desk, but forgot to when I checked out.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Room was mostly quiet from outside noise. Good location. Short drive to Paintsville Lake. Everything we needed without any extra frills. Good choice if you need a place that allows dogs.
They are still working on restarting breakfast post-covid, so we didn't get that. Other guests were loud and annoying, but this was not the hotel's fault. Lobby smells like cigarette smoke really bad, but our non-smoking room was clean and odor-free.

Room was very nice, clean as a whistle! I was able to check in an hour early thanks to the lovely lady working the front desk. I usually stay in fancy places, but there were limited rooms available in the area. No regrets!!

The door was hard to open the chair on wheels was broken making it hard to sit at the desk, also only one ice machine which was located on the opposite side of our room location. But looking forward to staying here next year for our family reunion.
