Everything! Staff was so friendly & helpful. The hotel lobby was super clean and had a cozy, inviting feeling. The room was also immaculately clean. The beds were amazing! The sheets, blankets, and pillows were the most comfortable we had slept on all week. The breakfast was delicious. Very clean dining room & the food was hot & fresh. We had been traveling from Gatlinburg back to Illinois & wanted to see Loretta Lynn's home in Butcher Holler on the way back. This was the perfect hotel for us! About an hour and a half from her childhood home. This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations! Thank you! Jenna & Eric

The staff was very friendly

The parking lot is very small in the front which is the only level parking the parking in the back is on a very very steep hill. The first room we had was a double quenn righ behind the elevator so much of the room was eaten up by that and the electric room. So the 2nd day we asked to be switched and the only room they had was a suite which cost me an extra $50 bucks for the night. We were with our 9 month old so we needed the extra space.

The room very large and clean. They have a great staff! The guy working when we checked was super friendly and very helpful. The lady running breakfast that morning was a joy and wanted everyone to get what they wanted!

No pool!

I loved our view from the room. Clintwood was my grandmothers home town and the view atthe start of the day was amazing. Jessica I believe at breakfast was amazing. Above and beyond and a huge heart.

Apple juice. Where is all the apple juice hotels use to have. Also parking is crazy.

I loved how clean it was, organized and saw staff sweeping/tidying up in their down time. Front desk lady was okay, wasn’t exactly very friendly. Easy access, close to everything and can walk wherever you needed to go really close by. Met a few of the house keepers who were phenomenal!!

The parking. 20 or so spots for the entire hotel. We got back later in the night and asked if parking on the side of the hotel was okay and was told they didn’t know, the doctors office might tow us but they had no other options for parking. When checking in, the lady kind of laughed at our reason of stay and the night time staff basically told us he didn’t know about the parking issue. The ac did not work well despite setting it to the coldest setting.

The only negative I can say is that a hot water heater broke and we didn’t have hot water the morning we left. I was assured that it would be fixed by the end of the day.

We checked in late but was greeted with a smile. Thank you for your kindness! Added bonus was the kitty who also helped with check-in. It was a nice end to our very long drive!

The room smelled a little funny but most of those hotels do.

Front Desk staff was very helpful, friendly and kind. Choice the cat was an added bonus and super cute, lovable and a welcome sight as we lost our cat a few years ago due to old age (she was 23!)

Huddle house across the street was gone! Closed! Such a shame to see that.

Josh the front desk clerk was a rock star!! We stay in a lot of motels and he was the nicest person we have ever met at the front desk. He treated us like we were friends that he hadn’t seen for a while, even though we never met him before! We would definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area.

We liked everything.

Coffee and snacks available were good. No breakfast buffet due to Covid. Facility in general, was very clean and well kept, managed. Staff was exceptional in every aspect (friendly, personable, helpful and smiling! Awesome staff at this location!

I have NO complaints, everything was great! Will definitely return to visit family. The Inn met all expectations.
