Lobby was clean and front desk staff was friendly.

While our room looked clean the bathroom was dirty. The bottom of the tub had not been cleaned in months. The blow dryer was dirty, scratched and sticky. One bath towel that was placed neatly on the holder had a huge hole in it. Clearly the bathroom was not attended too because someone should have noticed the hole in the bath towel, dirty hair dryer and filthy bathtub floor. We wore our water shoes to shower. Very disgusting.

Friendly staff. I needed help with the TV and the front desk employee was helpful, bringing a copy of the channels. Comfortable room, great hot breakfast, all the amenities were there. The location is next to a Sam's Club gas station for an easy fill up before getting on the road again.

Good price, Decent breakfast, and friendly staff. We chose this hotel based off other reviews and for the location of being a halfway point driving back and forth from Texas to Florida so we ended up prepaying and staying here a total of 3 times. This particular stay our room was a lot cleaner as the shelves weren’t dusty and we actually had soap to wash our hands with this time!

Carpets need a good shampoo

Oatmeal was excellent. I only ate breakfast once, but found it to be very good. Room was comfortable. Neighbors were loud well into the wee hours of the morning on my last night, but other than that my experience was positive. This is where I always stay when I visit my daughter in Covington and am quite pleased with the accommodations.

Noisy neighbor the last night of my stay, I hardly blame the facility for other guest being inconsiderate.

Staff was fast and helpful when we asked for extra blankets and towels. Great location next to Starbucks, Sam's Club, Target, movie theater and more. Room had 2 kings and sofa-bed.

The bathroom sink had a slow drain. The breakfast buffet was really good and ran out quickly. It was replenished as needed, so you need some patience or start eating at 6:30 am when it opens. Staff is short handed like everywhere else in the country.

Location was great, the king suite was huge and very comfortable, the breakfast was also pretty good. Al was at the desk to check me in and he was great!

The cleaning staff threw away one of my partner’s personal items

My room was conviently near an exit door. Decor was pleasing. I liked the Dove products in the bathroom.

The bed was extremely hard. The linens were not soft and smelled of a unpleasent scent.

The hotel staff were very responsive to all our requests

it’s starting to show wear, needs updating. The tile in front of the toilet has lost the glaze and color from wear.

Rochelle was not only professional but went above and beyond in her hospitality. I appreciated her taking the time to recommend places to go and visit. The staff also were all so warm and inviting and made an effort to greet and make eye contact. It was a pleasure to stay and I would stay again along with recommend it to others. Thank you.
