Loved the indoor pool! It was right up from our room! Coffee in the cupboard was awesome! Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Great service!! They even called me to let me know I forgot something.

Dishwasher didn't work...And we were on floor level of parking lot but window blinds did not close so there was literally no privacy at night. Tv was too small for the size of the room.

The location right off the interstate is perfect. Despite being so close to the high traffic area, there was no street noise in the room. The gym had just enough equipment that I could get a workout in while taking advantage of the free guest laundry facilities. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The shower curtain in the tub was too short and when I would take a shower, water would get all over the floor outside of the tub. I let the staff know so they could lower the bar and fix the problem.

The suite had a small kitchenette with the basics you'd need for self-catering - e.g. a pot, a pan, two plates, a few cooking utensils. It was clean enough, and the bed was super comfortable!

There was no counter top in the bathroom for toiletries, just a few shelves directly above the toilet (ewww!).

The room had some hard-use issues: the vent cover to the microwave fell off (had been taped in place previously) and the dishwasher was off kilter so I had to shift it over to close the door. Neither impeded the performance; this particular room just needs a little TLC

It was clean and I felt very safe going out at night to let the dogs out. Kiron, Linda and Justin were so nice and helpful! I LOVE Candlewood Suites and always recommend them to my friends and family.

The parking area was tight. I was pulling a jeep behind my truck and there was very few areas to park. Thank goodness there were some great guys staying there that helped me get my truck and jeep parked properly.

The hotel itself is Great. The location is perfect!! Next door to it is Sams Club and Walmart, and its also right by the interstate. Staff was really polite and informative, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and the a/c worked excellent.

The only issue i had, was i wish the hotel would have the maids clean more than once a week. I could request it, but then again you have to request in advance. Dont like the fact u have to bring all your used towels and bedding down if you want new ones, then exchange them out for new ones. After working all day long, the last thing i feel like doing is messing with any of that. The laundry room stinks really bad, the 2nd story hallway had a bad odor also. The elevator is Slowwwwwwww and smells like fish, literally.

The staff was incredible. I have traveled for work several times and always stay at this facility.The drive in and out of New Orleans daily make this a MUST STAY spot.

I loved everything about this location.

The hotel environment was clean and very comfortable. My stay was very satisfying. I really enjoyed the stay. It was like being home away from home.

Only complaint I have is the pillows were not comfortable at all please consider getting better quality pillows that are comfortable . Other than that everything else was totally fine

Everything was great from check in to check out. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend going if your concerned with COVID. Facility was clean, staff wore mask properly and hand sanitizer was readily available. Great location. Great price.

Carpet needed replaced.
