The room was clean and large, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom felt like one in an upscale hotel, the breakfast was awesome with hot food, and the staff was wonderful. We will stay again!

The hotel was very clean. The lobby smelled great and was clean, and the room was exceptionally clean. The room was large and decorated well. We stayed during an Arctic blast and the heater kept us comfortable and warm. There was plenty of free parking and the hotel is located behind the Tanger Outlets ( walking distance). We liked that the hotel was right off of I10 highway, but not so close that there's road noise.

The breakfast hours end early. It would be great if breakfast ended at 10 on the weekends. 9 is a little early.

Hotel was clean and smoke-free, which is a huge plus for me! The room & bathroom seem more modern than other Holiday Inns I have stayed at. The breakfast was amazing!! I’d return just for that.

The only thing I didn’t like was the loud music coming from outside the window for about 1-1.5 hours. There were also various moments when it sounded like cars were prepping for a race at the track 😕

I love the size of the room and the design. The bathroom is great especially that walk in shower. Clean room with lots of amenities.

It took a while getting wifi. We had to call the front desk and he needed our confirmation and pin number. Then we had to wait over 20 minutes to get but that was the only complaint.

Our rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the area. The food was excellent. We enjoyed being next to the outlet mall.

Amazing front desk and housekeeping staff. It’s close to LSU and New Orleans. Yhis property is very clean!

The mattresses need to be replaced they have dents in them!

The breakfast was very good and the setup was very accommodating. The customer service was outstanding and the front desk staff was very professional and helpful. We loved the location with regards to shopping, restaurants, healthcare, and freeway assess.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 7 days and 6 nights. We wished that we could have had room service daily. Our bed was made only one time throughout our stay. Parking was very tight and limited. Trucks or large service vehicles should park in the back of the hotel to avoid damage to cars. The parking spaces are to small for large trucks and vehicles.

Great location Plenty of restaurants around. Staff amazing. Room huge. Breakfast pretty decent.

Donna at the front desk was very professional and helpful. I arrived and was greeted with a smile. The room was so comfortable. Love the pillows. Breakfast was enormous! So much to choose from. Love the pancake machine. Turkey sausage was so delicious. Thanks for having packets of grits. I eat that every morning at office. Coffee was perfect and delicious.

All was great. Trustworthy when you see the name. I have no complaints. Thanks for everything.

Jaquille and Desmond were both wonderful. Jaquille went above and beyond by helping us with reservations and making sure our stay was just perfect and once we arrived Desmond was great as well.
