Easy check in and out friendly staff and the young man working the front desk was very helpful on eatery's in and around town... Not to mention everything and anything is near by the hotel.. The room was just the right size and the bed was sooo comfortable and the water gets hot like home 😁 that's the big plus for me I love hot water when showering

No Continental breakfast Something like danishes muffins ,fruit, coffee, tea and juice complementary of the hotel..

They were very accommodating. The airport shuttle ran on request and went beyond expectation to shuttle me multiple times. The front desk (with the exception of one younger employee) was responsive and on top of things. There was a nice Italian restaurant next door.

The bedding did have a funky smell and there were random socks left in my room, but housekeeping was quick to remedy it. The bar and restaurant was closed (other than breakfast) so that was a little disappointing.

Used this for a quick overnight before an early flight the next morning. The hotel is very large - rooms were as expected. Staff was available and provided quick service. I would stay again.

A long walk from front desk to room - it felt isolated. If I had not been with my husband I might have felt uncomfortable being so far down a back/side hallway.

I booked according to the pool and jacuzzi. Both were extremely cold to get in to enjoy my stay. I can understand the pool but the jacuzzi was extremely cold. So myself and company was unable to enjoy the jacuzzi at least

Front desk Clerk was soooooo nice beautiful smile and very easy check in.. Night Clerk noticed I was coming in late and assisted with getting me Another key then asked if I needed a Late check out.. I thought that was so considerate of him.. Great stay hotel very quiet at night.

Great for a one night stay before flight. Great location. Large clean room. Provided us with shuttle to airport even with an early flight. Great staff. Friendly and helpful.

Property under going renovation. Will be great when finished. Needed light bulbs in bathroom.

Needs a better restaurant and it should serve complimentary breakfast everyday. Low quality food at the restaurant. We didn’t like anything we ordered. The breakfast was disgusting

Clean and nice rooms, renovations are good. Looks clean inside! Don’t have an odor. Pool / Hot Tub was nice and Clean!

Need a better makeup outside premise. It can also can have better/ bigger signs to show name of hotel, but convenient and clean.

Pool was nice to relax in. The bed was very comfortable. I found the front desk person to be pleasant and caring.

There don’t seem to be many restaurants in the area. Maybe they could sell snacks and beverages at the front desk? Just a thought.

Front desk staff was great, facility was clean, great location to catch an early flight.

Only minor complaint was my room smelled “musty”. It was clean and all linens were fresh, but I’ve found this to be an issue in several New Orleans hotels.
