Breakfast was good

I went there because it advertised a restaurant that has been closed for two years. Talk to others who did the same

Amazing staff and very clean.

The bathroom needs updated and the bed was very hard.

All the rooms are newly renovated. The king suite we stayed in was perfect. Corner room. Spacious. Clean. Checkin was fast and easy. Never had issues with our key card (like we've had at other hotels).Breakfast buffet was satisfying. We were within 20 min drive to the french quarter. We stayed 3 nights. A thur, fri, sat. Paid a little less than $600. I was much more than satisfied with the entire stay. Price, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, saftey and parking. I would highly recommend staying here.

The room was quiet and clean. But it was the people who made it a perfect stay. Staying after a cruise we were ready to checkin at 10:30am. Thanks to the beautiful D’Keisha Henry we had our room after a short 20 minute wait. And we thank her for dinner destination recommendation. That’s where another great person, Marva Hildreth, continued the great customer service by offering to drive us to eat. With a quick stop at CVS for cold meds, she was extremely pleasant and her smile was our sunshine that day. Finally Nabeel topped off the day by picking us up after dinner and safely returning us to our room. He also fixed our TV so we could watch Football Playoffs. Then an on time departure to the airport with Marva again and we were off.

Renovations were going on but really didn’t mar the stay.

The location was great the breakfast was so so when I got to my room the remote didn’t work the telephone didn’t call the front desk and I could not hook up to the Internet the very nice lady at the front desk helping me with all those things she also said she was giving me a 10% discount which she did not do

This property appeared newly renovated hence well appointed and quite inviting. It was also very clean and the bed and linens all very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and stocked with above average branded toiletries. The breakfast was tasty with above average options. The airport shuttle was efficient.

For an airport hotel, nothing! This is one of the best airport hotels i've stayed in.

The Breakfast, Room was great

when went to pick up with son that was flying in form Florida. When he landed I went down stairs and I spoke with someone at the desk. I asked her about getting him Shuttle from the Airport to the hotel. The lady I spoke with said that my son would have to call himself. She said me Joann Tillman business call and told me to tell my son to call 504-446-1355 X4 to get the shuttle bus. So on your way to the room I call my some and gave him the information and a little while later my son call me back and said that he call the number 3 times and no one answer so I have to leave and go find the airport and pick him up and got lost 3 time before I found the airport.

We’ve stayed at this hotel a number of time while traveling from abroad. The staff are always lovely and accommodating. The room we stayed in on the first floor seemed yo have been redecorated and was fresh and modern. Beds are comfortable and early morning staff are always accommodating in providing us access to milk and fruit for our kids who wake up early due to jet lag.

Everything! We stayed last year for a visit to our granddaughters. This year we stayed again because the youngest granddaughter graduated from UNO and the staff was friendly to our dog. We will definitely stay again.

Nothing. Wish we would have had more pool time, but we were so busy!

We arrived close to midnight. After arriving there, we requested a shuttle. The person who picked up the phone confirmed that they are sending a shuttle. However, they couldn't send it because the driver had some problems, which the person notified us after a few minutes. The person asked us to take a ride sharing car and mentioned that he would reimburse us. We took a lyft and arrived at the hotel. We got reimbursed right away with cash. In addition, we originally requested a one bed king room. However, once we checked in, we found out that the room had two beds. We called the front desk and they changed the room right away. Excellent experience at the beginning and throughout the stay.
