The people were nice and friendly. The bed was comfy. The microwave wasn't working, so I unplugged it from the wall and plugged it into the one on the table, other than that ,it was OK. The free breakfast was good although I would recommend getting hard boiled eggs that are already peeled. I spent more time trying to peel them and then no water to rinse the shells off, I had to use a bowl with hot water. Also, maybe 2 waffle makers and 2 toasters and chocolate milk please. Thank you.

Well, 2 things that upset me. I went to get a snack after our long day traveling because they canceled the flight, and when I went to the snack room, there wasn't anything I could buy expect sweet drinks, I didn't want sweet drinks. The other thing that upset me was the bar was not open and that Messina's had vacated the food service part of that fun little bar. Those are the 2 main reasons I picked this LaQuinta Inn, the snack room and the bar with food area and neither were there, I'm 😥 very disappointed. One more thing, no ice machine on 5th floor. Thank you

Breakfast was on time every morning, were very close to the airport which was great! A lot of convienient places around for food, excursions etc.

We were not too fond of the outdate appliances and the number of lights that did not work in our hotel room. We only had two working lights when we arrived. No light by the entrance of hotel room and no working lights for the desk. The bathroom tub was peeling a very outdated it made us really uncomfortable to shower wish that would be replaced or fixed for future guests.

although it’s been refurbed within the last few years, it’s still kinda run down. the elevators are creepy and in one of them the lights don’t work, so you can’t tell what floor you’re on. they advertise that they have a shuttle, but it doesn’t start until 5 and there are no accommodations for those that have earlier flights. I booked this hotel thinking I’d be able to save a few dollars and exercise the shuttle option, but I ended up having to pay for an Uber out of pocket as I had an early morning flight.

My stay was good.

The room had an old smell to it. One of the housekeepers was rude, she was a black lady with dreads. We went to check to see if they were still serving breakfast and we had approximately 3 minutes until it was over. She was about to close the area off and the way she spoke to us was very rude and rushed us in stating we are closing and if there isn't anything left then we will not put anything else out. We did not ask her too.

Very friendly and helpful, well organized staff in spite of busy location. Well kept, very clean facilities. Very good breakfast! Not far from airport and taxis had no trouble finding it, showing up on time. Convenient. Location has good cell network reception.

Pool out of order. Facilities are a little older, so elevators are slow and small, layout feels cramped. Made up for by being organized and very well run.

Location and price mattress need to be replaced it sank in the middle.

Upon arrival I approached the counter and the guy kept his head down never acknowledge me standing there even after I said excuse me he still never raised his head another lady came over and checked me in and apologized, noted a Caucasian couple walked in and he welcomed them in with a smile . I ask the lady what his name and she said Kevin he need to be retrained in customer service.over all stay was fine.

My trip to New Orleans was awesome and the rooms were extremely nice didn't want to get up out of the bed because the bed was very comfortable and pillows were so fluffy and comfortable so I like everything about my stay the front desk receptionist Ms Yvette was very friendly at check out to be honest everyone was real nice and friendly

we only was there for one night but it was a good stay. clean, good location, and good value! They offered a free uber to and form the airport has shuttle service great extra service! great job staff

there wasn't anything I really didn't like. It was a quick place to freshen up and rest for less than 24 hours

La Quinta lacks personality - I would prefer something that marks the location and makes it a little more unique Only one regular coffee pod - no teas

The location is perfect for the economy parking which has a free shuttle to the Airport. The room was fine for the one night stay. I wouldn't stay more than a day or two but it worked for our needs. We stayed in room 101

Bathroom a little tight. Upgrading to rooms would be a plus.
