I liked Corey! He was very friendly and helpful towards planning a surprise about a month ago 6/19). I also LOVED the hot tub/jets! However, my visit the next time (today), I learned they are doing away with all the tubs, not just the hot tubs. That sucks, our house is shower only and we come here just to be able to sit down and soak. So when that transition is complete, it will be our last stay.

Location is great. Minutes from casinos and the lake. Food locations are close by as well. 30 minutes from Delta Downs and Coushatta. The 2 bedroom with spa tub was amazingly priced too. Had such a great time, will pick this place before any other one

The lady's at the front Dest was Amazing, especially MRS. MARY and Mrs. Dena the front dest manager, they made sure I was comfortable with my stay and made sure everything was clean I can tell you one thing I will alway ask for those two lady's, Mary & Dena We need to remember these names Mary & Dena power team at work!!.

I liked everything

I liked the size of the room. I liked how there was a small sofa. And the desk was located with the sofa and not in front of the bed.

I did not like the shower in this particular room. No matter how you moved the shower head the water got all over the bathroom floor.

Mr.odin was very friendly and polite helped us find a good restaurant and was very helpful look forward in returning thank you Mr.odin

Breakfast was amazing! Scrambled eggs, sausages and potatoes. No one does breakfast like that anymore, so it was very impressive.

Outside perimeter needs cleaning, curtains not neatly hung in window and can be seen from the outside, needs to be updated, cracks in bathroom wall, shower curtain rod unattached from wall, dingy bathtub, and toilet seat is not the same size as the toilet rim

Great location and beautiful views of the lake as well as access to the park and walkways along the lake.

It was being renovated, which will make it even better in the future.

The breakfast offered a nice variety and the location is ideal for me being close to the interstate and the nice view of the lakefront.

I didn’t like the custodial service removing an item from my room before I checked out.

Great location local to downtown Lake Charles and right off the interstate.
